Vlad and his team are extraordinary in more ways than I can probably describe in a (brief) review…read more He and his team stepped in during a complicated and very demanding bathroom repair and remodel, and in every way, at every iteration and step of managing the project distinguished himself as easily the best contractor that my wife and I have ever worked with. And that is having built two homes and many remodels as well as construction projects outside of our own homes. Vlad and his brothers and the people he hires to work alongside him are the most professional and meticulous craftsmen we have ever worked with. They are profoundly respectful of our home and workspace, and there was not a single instance where we worried about damage to our home, as they made sure every surface was protected and clean at the end of every day. To say that they take their workmanship seriously is an understatement. They hold themselves to a standard that is unlike any I have ever experienced. At many points during the project without being asked, they redid framing and other elements of the project so that their own work would not be compromised in the slightest. I could write volumes about how they took a very challenging project potentially fraught with many potential wrong turns and brought it to completion with such calm and respectful competency that my wife and I still comment almost daily on how good of an experience it was. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.

A couple weeks turned into over a month because life happens and I recently sent him an email asking him if he was still interested or what happened or if he had anything for me from our meeting I don't know what happened but communication went to nothing and I feel like I was ghosted after our first meeting, which sucks because I was really excited with all the ideas that he had given me for a remodel of my kitchen that is not incredibly user-friendly at the moment.

Our bathroom needed an overhaul badly! We called Dan and he came over and discussed what could be done to help us get our dream bathroom within our small bathroom budget. At first, we were a little worried because his bid was low and he seemed a little nervous when he met with us. He turned out to be the best contractor experience we've had. He had a really good understanding of the period and architectural style that we were after for the moldings and quickly built out example pieces for us to look at based on suggestions that he added. For the doors and windows we gave him basic specs and he could have cut corners on the actual materials. Instead, he installed really high quality materials that probably exceeded our expectations. We had both a flooring and drywall contractor on the job and, despite the fact that they were nice guys, Rod is the only one I'm writing a review for. While we are generally happy with the other contractor's work, it is Rod's work that shines; uncompromising quality, honesty and within our budget. We would call him back in a heartbeat.
