I requested a refund in July, and was told the instructor was out of town again and would reach out when he returned. It's now September and I've heard or received nothing. This is highly unacceptable for an organization that claims it supports wounded warriors and disabled veterans. 10/2/2021 In response to the owner's response. I do appreciate taking ownership for missed communication, but expeditiously means "in a timely manner". My original request for a refund was 3 months ago, and as of today I have yet to see the refund. Once the refund is seen, I would be more than happy to return the knot rope, cert book, textbook, and the drawstring backpack they came in. Aside from that, I was offered for my family and I to attend a discovery sail at no cost. I declined due to time constraints now that summer break has ended. I will say this. I chose this school based on the reviews found on Google and Facebook which are really great, and at the recommendation of the ASA. I'm sure the captain is great and believe that other people may have had great experiences here, this is just mine. Take it for what it's worth. 4/22/22 We are now in to a year since I started this process, and this company has yet to make good on their "expeditious" refund. Nothing whatsoever.

And I don't blame them for not letting you out of their sight with their boat. We took the sunset sail. I think the half day sail or full day sail would be perfect activity for our large family. It may be a little on the pricey side for some, but the crew are great, the boat is yar and you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for a dinner cruise - I suggest a nicer alternative - take an afternoon or sunset sail and then go to dinner at one of the fabulous places on the lake. And finally... if you are going sailing in the spring - whether in Florida or Texas - pack your warm clothes and remember that it is going to be cooler on the water.

I have never considered myself very artistic and was pretty nervous to pick something out and completely butcher it, but I found something that I thought I would probably buy if I saw it in a store and went to work. Scheduling was very easy via email. I attended the painting class with my sister. What makes this class unique is that each student (about 10-12 students in the class) chooses an image (many provided at the beginning of class) or brings their own to use for inspiration versus the step-by-step group format. The instructor, E, was awesome and gave individualized advice on how he would go about executing the painting and was really patient with beginners (like me). There are a variety of acrylic paints and tools (brushes, knives, etc.) at students' disposal.
