Valley Ranch Pet Clinic is one of those places you just don't forget--and not in a "that was odd"…read moreway, but in a "how is this level of kindness and professionalism even real?" way. I first came here through my previous company to take care of a training dog, and they didn't just welcome us--they practically rolled out the red carpet. From the moment I walked in, everyone on staff radiated genuine kindness, like they were actually excited to help. And it wasn't just surface-level politeness; you could feel their love for animals in every interaction. They treated the training dog with the same level of care and attention they'd give a beloved family pet, which was so refreshing to see. The vet I spoke with was incredible--thoughtful, thorough, and empathetic from start to finish. They didn't just rush through the appointment; they listened, explained everything in detail, and made sure the dog (and I) felt comfortable the whole time. And checking out? The admin staff was polite, respectful, and made the entire process seamless. It's rare to find a clinic where you feel the genuine passion for animals and the care they give to both pets and their humans. With so many clinics out there, finding one that stands out like Valley Ranch is something worth celebrating. Thank you, Valley Ranch, for your exceptional service--I'll definitely be recommending you to anyone who loves their pets as much as you clearly do!

I cannot recommend Valley Ranch Pet Clinic enough! We recently had a dental procedure done for my…read moredog, and the experience exceeded every expectation. First, the cost was unbelievable in the best way. The procedure ended up being literally one-tenth of what another vet had quoted me. I was honestly shocked -- but even more impressed that the quality of care was absolutely top-tier. Affordable and exceptional is rare to find. Dr. Garcia was amazing. She is cool, funny, and incredibly good at what she does. She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and treated my dog like her own. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The best part? My dog ate the same night after her dental procedure -- which is huge -- and she didn't cough even once. That alone told me she was comfortable and well cared for. Seeing her recover so smoothly gave me so much peace of mind. If you're looking for a vet that combines skill, personality, compassion, and fair pricing, Valley Ranch Pet Clinic is the place to go. Dr. Garcia and the team are simply outstanding. Thank you for taking such incredible care of my girl!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!! Unless you want to be price gauged and lied to!! I brought my dog in…read morefor her annual vaccinations with a small known hot spot that I had been treating at home which she gets every year from her allergies. They immediately take her for the vet to look at the hot spot and shave it (which they don't tell you costs $80) without any informed approval. Then they say she has two ear infections and after taking her to a different vet they confirmed she only has one the other ear is fine. Then they come in for a heart worm test that they also don't mention will be $75 dollars. After recieving an almost $800 bill for the visit they gave no print out to tell me what it was all for. I had to go over to the vet techs computer after she expected me to blindly pay and tell her what I wanted her to take off the bill that we definitely did not need. This got the bill down to $440 which she told me would include our vaccinations that we had come for. Little did I know she took off the vaccinations without my knowledge so I paid $440 and didn't even get the vaccines that we came for. Needless to say I left with nothing that I had come for and a bill of $440 that they couldn't account for and I would not bring down. Even after calling and one of the workers telling me they would reduce it by $290 which they did not honor. Unless you want to be conned DO NOT go here. I truly believe they are making up infections and other issues to make you pay more for medications and services. Not transparent in their pricing and no one could tell me the truth of what I was paying for.

We took our dog in for dental cleaning and her annual visit with shots + blood work. As part of…read morethis, we were also asked to bring in a stool sample for a heart worm test. She is a very anxious girl, so we asked for them to check out a lump on her hip and clip her nails while she was under anesthesia since she already had to be sedated for the dental work. We provided 2 stool samples. When checking out, we noticed a receptacle for something in the discharge bag and asked about it. Only when we asked, they told us they accidentally threw out both bags of our dog's stool and so they did not perform the test, but we could collect another and bring it back. We noticed her nails had barely been cut, which would be understandable if she were awake and resisted. But for being under anesthesia, they should have been able to do a really nice job with her nails. We also asked the vet if she had been able to look at the lump on our dog's hip, and she said she couldn't find it. Turns out she was looking at the wrong hip, so she came back out to look and of course our dog was afraid so she was barely able to look at the correct side - again, the reason we asked for it to be checked while under anesthesia. All of this cost over $1000, which would be reasonable if it matched the care provided + what we were charged for. We went to another vet recently, and they were able to clip our dog's nails really well while she was awake using a swing without any problems and they quickly identified the lump on her hip without us even asking. I'm leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because they are very nice people and seem to really love animals. They provided timely updates about how our dog was doing. But we would not take our dog back to CityVet.

Neely did full X-rays and said Rudy has asthma but I don't think he needs medication for it. And then he tells me that my Rudy may die , Neely continues to give me scenarios as to why his friends have died ! This man talked so much bs about things that are irrelevant to me and my Rudy's condition. Neely charged me 400$ just to hear him talk bs . I have talked with neighbors and they agreed that he talks way too much about nothing that pertains to pets health care. I took Rudy to another vet because this idiot Neely said he would die! I learned that country veterinarians are more knowledgeable and compassionate.. New vet said that Can't see the forest through the trees!! My Rudy was properly diagnosed and treated and doing good today. Neely wasted my time talking bs , he basically charged me to hear him talk a bunch of bs. It's like one neighbor said he talks a lot because he doesn't know shit ! I will never return to this veterinary clinic, now that Dr. Miranda is no longer there . Do not trust Neely with your pets health care ! I have never had a vet tell me that my pets are going to die without a reasonable and proper medical diagnosis. Below is a picture of my Rudy today

As a whole, this clinic is excellent. They definitely thrive in specific areas (from my…read moreexperience). Creekside is excellent in their emergency services, boarding, grooming, and day care. I've used each of these at least half a dozen times and I've never had a bad experience. Professional, timely, warm, and never make me feel like I'm asking too much as far as questions and clarification. My only critique would be their primary veterinary care. Initially, we began routine veterinary services here but we would end up waiting upwards of 30 minutes to even get into a room, let alone see the veterinarian. And the prices are more expensive than my current primary veterinarian just a few miles away. We have since switched the primary care vet for my dog. BUT, I highly recommend any other service Creekside provides, I always know my pup is receiving excellent care here and I'm very grateful for the work they do.
