If matting was the issue, they should have told me before starting and given me the choice to approve shaving, pay for dematting, or leave. Instead, they made the decision themselves, charged me full price, and then acted like not charging extra for dematting was some favor. How do you claim to "demat" a dog when you just shave everything off? The grooming itself was sloppy too they left a long forgotten lock of hair on one ear and gave her an uneven face trim that looks nothing like the teddy bear inspiration photo I showed them. This business has terrible communication, no respect for customer consent, and poor quality work. Go somewhere else.

I found them through Nextdoor reviews and booked via text, which was super easy. They were friendly, responsive, and I was able to get an appointment quickly, not months out like a lot of places. I have three dogs, and they were able to schedule all of them together, which was a huge plus. They run things really efficiently. You're given a specific drop-off time, so the dogs aren't sitting in cages all day. Then they text you when your dogs are ready which is usually within a few hours and give about a one-hour window for pickup, which is very convenient. They are open so many days even on Sundays. My dogs looked amazing...so fluffy, clean, and well-groomed. You can tell they take pride in their work. I also noticed that other customers clearly know and trust them, which says a lot. The owner is incredibly kind, and the staff is just as friendly. This has been exactly what I was looking for in grooming, a place close to home that does just as good (if not better) of a job as the one I was driving far to. We'll definitely be back!

They made it known that they were there to help service their customers right away. I explained to the employee (Ricky) that's the name on the receipt my current situation about what was happening with my mom's dog Carter. I was thinking it could have been allergies. He told me what products he would use and suggested what he has used on his animals in the past. He listened to my concerns and gave me options right away. Even the lady at the counter gave her suggestions on what could have caused the coughing. I genuinely loved how they were concerned as if it was their animal as well. The next day I went to this Petco location and was warmly greeted by a gentleman who happened to be the general manager of this store. He not only helped me pick out exactly what I needed, he directed me to the best food for the mom that was still affordable and he gave me advice on what to do to care for them and more. He helped me find a collar that was on clearance for the mom cat... he didn't just try to make money off of me, he genuinely cared to help me! I have been back to this store a few times since then and he is always so kind, supportive and helpful! Neely was a warm ray of light and the blessing I needed in a stressful situation that I felt lost in.
