There was some minor issues but the most glaring was the check engine light. David said the issues would be taken care of, go to lunch and come back in a couple of hours. He called me and said they needed a part that would not be there until Monday. David paid for my flight home and said the truck would be shipped to me. I received the truck late the next week. When driving from where I received the truck, the check engine light came on. I notified him of this issue and he said to have it fixed locally and he would reimburse me. It has been several months and many texts and calls and still no reimbursement. Up until this point, David lived up to his word but I am extremely disappointed to have to write a partial negative review due to not receiving this promised reimbursement. In addition, the check engine issue took two times to resolve, the second requiring an additional cost which I decided to absorb thinking I would get the promised reimbursement. In closing, David did live up to his word on everything until this reimbursement issue so I can't give a 5 star review due to this

There was not a serious problem, it was simply a loose oil filter. They tightened it, cleaned the area and sent me on my way within 20 mins. They also didn't charge me. They are SO AMAZING!!! Our family has used Vo Automotive for years. We have brought our vehicles to them for all of our mechanical needs. There have been a few times that we have brought our vehicles to them with something very simple and they don't even charge us. This is very rare at other typical mechanics. In the past, I have taken my cars to other places (before we discovered Vo's) and they have created things for me to purchase. Not at Vo's. They are so honest and super nice.
