I appreciated the honesty but I had to leave, so disappointing. Canola Oil is the most toxic, unhealthy, and inflammatory "cooking" (seed) oil you can use. Online I read "natural high end ingredients", "grandma's kitchen", and saw all those great ingredients (in attached pictures). If you swtich to butter, ghee, avocado oil, or organic extra virgin olive oil your cupcakes would be so much better. Canola Oil was used to lubricate machinary in Canada during World War II and didn't even exist in my grandma's kitchen.

Today the lobster roll was $21 which seemed worth it based on the amount of lobster meat inside the buttered bun/sandwich. Choices of sides include loaded potato salad or pasta salad, cole slaw, etc. I took the pasta salad. Once you order at the counter, they will bring out your food (for dining in). Once you finished, its common to "bus your own table". The folks are very friendly and the store is clean. The lobster roll was as good as they say.
