It's somewhat small and looks to hold maybe 30-40 people. It appears to be very popular for take-out. While they do have a nice deli type menu for lunch including hot pastrami or turkey reubens, they seem to be known for their market price lobster rolls. Today the lobster roll was $21 which seemed worth it based on the amount of lobster meat inside the buttered bun/sandwich. Choices of sides include loaded potato salad or pasta salad, cole slaw, etc. I took the pasta salad. Once you order at the counter, they will bring out your food (for dining in). Once you finished, its common to "bus your own table". The folks are very friendly and the store is clean. The lobster roll was as good as they say.

We had the mochi donuts (strawberry, cookies and cream, and sugar) which were baked wonderfully and full of flavor. We also had the strawberry cream cake, almond croissant, supreme chocolate croissant, berry tart, blueberry danish, caramel apple pie, choux cream bread, and sticky milk buns. The breads were okay - tasty but nothing too special. The other pastries though, particularly the croissants, were fantastic. Delicate with a crunchy outside and soft, flaky inside. We also liked the coffee! My mom said the vanilla oat milk latte was the best she's ever had and I really liked the pumpkin sweet cream cold foam. We will be back next time we're in Hilton Head!

"Marine colors, chocolate interior, platoon number, etc." We drove almost an hour to pick this up. If it weren't for the editable paper insignia, one would guess it was for a baby shower with the colors used. To make matters worse, the lid smashed into the top layer while we were driving back. I should have NOT bought it but felt weird since we went to the guy's house to pick it up. His store front had closed. We ended up leaving it at the Airbnb and not presenting it to our marine because it looked so bad. I'm sure it tasted good, but lacked in presentation. I was really disappointed. Russ did offer to come by and fix the top but by the time we connected we were no longer at the house and the cake was in the trash.

I appreciated the honesty but I had to leave, so disappointing. Canola Oil is the most toxic, unhealthy, and inflammatory "cooking" (seed) oil you can use. If you swtich to butter, ghee, avocado oil, or organic extra virgin olive oil your cupcakes would be so much better. Canola Oil was used to lubricate machinary in Canada during World War II and didn't even exist in my grandma's kitchen.
