It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. Everything stated so fresh and delicious. The portions were large. The pastries were flaky. The baked goods were light and airy. It takes a lot of time and patience to make authentic French pastries. You see this reflected in the prices which are higher than you would pay elsewhere. It's worth the extra expense.

I appreciated the honesty but I had to leave, so disappointing. Canola Oil is the most toxic, unhealthy, and inflammatory "cooking" (seed) oil you can use. Online I read "natural high end ingredients", "grandma's kitchen", and saw all those great ingredients (in attached pictures). If you swtich to butter, ghee, avocado oil, or organic extra virgin olive oil your cupcakes would be so much better. Canola Oil was used to lubricate machinary in Canada during World War II and didn't even exist in my grandma's kitchen.
