My family picks a Florida beach town for summer vacation every year. Part of the tradition is to celebrate my oldest daughters birthday. Every year we find a local bakery and order a variety of cupcakes to sample and share. Unfortunately this was a waste of money this year. No one really finished anything. The Oreo cupcake icing had a weird taste. The chocolate ones where dry, and the bars just tasted bad. The carrot cake cupcake was okay. I would give 3 stars as maybe it was just a bad day or the cupcakes were old but the lack of customer service was very evident. I don't know why people in this type of business have to be so rude and act like they don't care if you give them your service or not. I love supporting local businesses so this makes me sad but my experience was t great. I bought a dozen cupcakes for my birthday. They looked and sounded amazing but unfortunately disappointing. The sign said made fresh daily but the cakes were dry, the frosting crunchy not smooth, as if they had sat out for hours (it was only 11am when I stopped by). This bakery has been open for a few weeks and my husband and I have been here twice for the yummy Snickerdoodle cupcakes. A Snickerdoodle cake with Snickerdoodle icing, very moist and the icing is not too sweet. I wish there was a sign menu with the coffee/ tea/food they have, it is bare as far as decorations and pictures. When she called to order four of their layer cakes (normally $50 each) she made the mistake of telling them that it was for a wedding. They told her that the cost would be $250 PER CAKE plus delivery. These were not the main wedding cake, but to be served along with the main cake.
