It took a few days to get a quote and discuss pricing but I'm really glad that we waited and chose Reynaldo's company. They were fast, efficient and I continue to work with them for my weekly landscaping maintenance at a very fair price. He is responsive and will personally come to address any concerns that you may have. He also continued to follow up after installation and returned on multiple occasions to adjust the water time/frequency until it could stay on the same schedule forever. One thing that stands out to me about Reynaldo is that he is considerate and thoughtful about everything and treats your home & backyard like it's his own. They ended up killing some small flowers on the side of the home due to having to constantly walk through that area and moving equipment over the mulch. Before I could say anything, he pointed it out to me and told me that they planned to replace those flowers when they're done (which they did). It's these "little" things that show extra effort that you might not find at other companies and why I highly recommend them. He is also considerate of HOA rules and made sure to always communicate to me when they planned to come and do some work so that I can tell my neighbors. Everything came out beautiful and remains great to this day. I'm glad I chose to work with him and I will continue to recommend him to any friends and family that I know are interested in having some landscaping work completed!

To be honest, it really restored my faith in landscaping contractors. I submitted an online request for a quote and the next day Mike emailed me requesting pictures of what our project wanted to include. Originally we just wanted to pull out our front yard plants and redo just the front but there is a $5000 project minimum. After deciding to redo our turf and also include our backyard, Mike came out the next week for a free in person consultation and got me a detailed quote within 2 days. The turnaround time for everything was just amazing, I've never seen anything like it. Our lot is about 3615 sq ft to give a reference point. Our project included: all the labor to demolish/uproot all of our plants including a very large 20 year old tree in the backyard + all the roots (completed in 2-3 days), redid our front and backyard turf (completed in 2 days by Backyard Golf Company), added a veneer stone and cap on our retaining wall (1 week) and replanted all our plants/installed a drip sprinkler system/installed lighting front and backyard (1 week). We have an HOA and Mike had a complete detailed plan and diagram ready for us within 3-5 days. Once HOA got back to us, the project was started within a week and finished in the estimated time frame. Workers came promptly at 8 AM and they were actively working all day not just sitting around. Very respectful, even blowing all the dust at the end of the day to keep the area clean, no garbage left anywhere. The entire project was $30,000 and there weren't any surprise or unexpected costs. Invoices are sent every week on a reasonable schedule and I just loved our experience. I'd recommend Seabreeze to anyone wanting to do their hardscape landscaping in a heartbeat!

My yard was overgrown and a mess. The sod from 2000 was done and full of weeds. The planting areas were in terrible shape. Fern and I talked and together we put together an idea of a combination of sod and DG. I mentioned to him that I always ask for more than discussed and to make sure he added the additional expense. They showed up on time every day at 6:30am and worked nonstop until dusk. They removed two big truck loads of dirt, old sod, weeds, roots and old plants by loading the truck using wheelbarrows. They put in new drip irrigation, new sprinkler lines and valves and repaired my outdoor electrical outlets. They built three paver borders and used cement to make a paver border fence I built by stacking blocks permanent. He cleaned out a raised planter not in the quote, fixed the drip lines and mulched and used my old fountain to build a bird feeder space in the planter. The quote was very fair and the addition price for the added work was very fair also. I will definitely be using him again for my next project. He also installed new ceramic tiles with my address on the front of the house and cleaned out part of my gutters and fixed the leaks to keep them from dripping on the DG. Jake installed two custom fire pits, beautifully laid porcelain tile, and a customized louvered patio cover. He also helped with the placement of patio pots and selecting plant material, carefully considering sunlight, plant hardiness, and overall aesthetics. Everything feels perfectly balanced and thoughtfully designed. Even though I had a professional landscape design to start with, Jake suggested several updates that elevated the entire space, giving it a more modern and upscale look. He truly has an exceptional eye for detail and is resourceful at troubleshooting. His crew, Moi and Paco, were equally impressive. They were onsite every day from 7am to sunset, Monday through Saturday, and their work ethic was unmatched. Moi, in particular, stood out. He is incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, and professional. It was clear that they approached every step with care, always "measuring twice and cutting once." They took the time to think through details and identify potential issues before making any cuts, which gave me a lot of confidence in their craftsmanship. Jake's commitment to quality really sets him apart. If something wasn't perfect in his eyes, he had his team redo it even if it was solely for aesthetics like the placement of a pot. His adjustments and recommendations made the final result even better. This wasn't only about getting the job done quickly, it was definitely about getting it done right.
