The space itself is ultra-modern, beautiful, and spotless, but more importantly, the quality of care is truly top-notch. Dr. Kim is clearly very busy and successful, yet he is so approachable, down-to-earth, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to explain things and makes you feel valued--not rushed. They totally destroyed a new pair of dentures. I was having them refined. The woman helping me said "if you can't lower your BP, we're gonna send you home" which was wildly unhelpful. I'm not proud that it makes me anxious, a small amount of compassion would have gone a long way. Lastly, I needed a referral submitted and they didn't submit it until the Friday before I was supposed to come in which meant I had to reschedule. This place 100% sucks, everyone except the surgeon and office manager were rude and unhelpful.

Mercedes, Diane and Rachel at the front are always helpful in scheduling and billing. Evelyn for X-rays is kind, considerate and great with kids. Yvette the assistant has been a great help and so sweet during my visits with Dr. Eiswert. She's lovely. Reanna is wonderful and sweet.
