Dr. Eiswert is an expert dentist. Dr. Eiswert is professional and thoughtful. He took his time to explain my immediately dental needs and what could be schedule out over time. He understood my dental anxiety and was concerned about my comfort level. Rachel his office administrator is very helpful professional and knowledgeable. She is also very kind. I've been coming here for over 10 years & they have never disappointed me. They take amazing care of me & Dr. Joseph E. Eiswert always makes conversation & makes sure i am 100% comfortable every time he works on my teeth! He is the best dentist of all time! His dentist assistant, Evelyn, was taking xtrays of my teeth & noticed i was in pain, due to my wisdom teeth coming in, & she made it to where i was no longer in pain! I recently had a appointment at this office, SmileMaker. This was my first time visiting, so I was a little nervous, but to my surprise I was greeted by Diane who helped me through the process of checking in and out. She helped me calm down with how she spoke to me. Once I was called back the assistant Tina had a huge smile on her face. Which made me feel like this might be easier than I thought. Tina took X-rays on me and they did not hurt. She helped me through the rest of my appointment. Needless to say the doctor has some great and professional workers. Great job Diane and Tina. Honestly every time I come here they are kind and thoughtful! They bother to remember who I am and I don't come in that often, but they remember me and ask about my children. They are kind and gental and take my issues with dentistry into consideration. I never feel forced into anything and they are rather patient with me and my difficulties this pregnancy. As far as dentists go I really enjoy this place and my experience. If a filling they do doesn't feel right after they get me back quick to adjust and fix it.
