A combination of rust and damage from backing into my garbage bin lid, caused clamps to break off and resulted in my exhaust dropping and dragging on the ground. My car sounded terrible. Pulling into and out of daycare was a bit embarrassing. I was desperate to find an auto shop and stumbled on Rytek. I was amazed that they offered to look at my car the same day, but I opted to bring it in the following day (Friday). Jim communicated promptly and effectively via text. He took pictures of the car and highlighted the issues. They are closed on the weekend but somehow managed to order the parts and do the repair in time for me to pick it up Monday afternoon. They also offered a loaner car if my repair took longer. Overall, I had an A+ experience with Jim at Rytek and wouldn't hesitate to return. I can't comment about their pricing. They seem on par with repair cost googled online. However their ability to fit me in right away made the decision easy. Also I was pleasantly surprised to find a handwritten thank you card with a $5 Wegmans gift card recently. What a thoughtful / nice little touch.
