They will pass on messages but no one calls back, email responses always lack any logic. I was yelled at on the phone for asking about an update/approval for a new garage door install that we are being FORCED to update. It took two months to get approved. Meanwhile Home Depot had already charged us for the garage door & kept calling. Luckily we weren't charged for storage of the garage door for 2 months. Only our hard earned money was lingering in the air. I managed to read all the Google reviews for FirstResidential... every property managed by them has the same complaints. You'd think they would learn something from the reviews but no. Not sure how they are in business. It's literally an endless circle of zero help.
