So, I rarely post reviews on restaurants, but today, I have to. My girlfriend and I decided to visit the location for our first time, based upon the reviews I had read on here. Upon entering the restaurant, being that there were two entrances, we were immediately confused as to how we were to be seated, or much less if there was a host or hostess. Now, from the inside of the restaurant, it looked somewhat nice and/or fancy, up until you look at the "table cloth" and find that it's identical to the sheets you would find on the bed at a doctors office. Other than that, everything was fairly clean. Once we placed our order, they failed to mention that all of the utensils were self-serve, leading to more confusion once we got our food, wondering where our silverware was. Now, onto the food. The reviews I've seen and the pictures I've seen, make the food look like they are large potions. I had ordered the pesto pasta with chicken, and she had ordered the smoked salmon salad. When we got our food, my meal looked as if it was a lunch portion size, but her salad was a full-sized plate. The pesto on the dish I had ordered was straight liquid. It was as if they used an entire bottle of oil, because I could not taste anything else. There was no parmesan cheese, no pine nuts, nothing to make it the consistency of most pesto sauces/paste that one would be accustomed to. Her salad was supposed to come with a mustard dill vinaigrette, however it came with chipotle mayo, and some sort of oil, and her salmon, well, we weren't even sure if it was salmon. It looked as if somebody had taken a can of processed tuna, drained it, and put it in her salad. Overall, we were not impressed with the quality of food, and we felt as if there should have been more direction from the staff (as to silverware, etc). read more

We have eaten at DeVivo's over a dozen times. We have had breakfast, lunches and dinner--ALL were excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Restaurant is clean and appealing. Looked in the back and the kitchen is clean and orderly. Love the food. Love the deserts. Of course, we will be going back again. read more

Just OK. Sunday lunch with wife. Ordering process was confusing, especially for first time diners. Ordering also had an air of pressure as we tried to take in the extensive menu while not causing an undue wait in line. My meatloaf was very nice, but peas did not seam fresh and were a bit tough. Wife's egg sandwich with bacon was very good. Pleasant experience, but not mind blowing. read more

They could do better. A $5 piece of Italian Creme Cake shouldn't look like someone else already took a bite out of it before they put in in the container. Half of the icing was missing off the side with a big chunk out of the back. Just because it was a to-go order is no reason to serve a piece of used cake. Just had the chicken parm, and it was great! Food, service, and portion size was excellent. As a bonus, there was even live music.

My mom came in from out of town earlier this week and we tried this out for lunch. I ordered a side Chopped Salad with the Smokey Chipotle and Gouda Mac and Cheese and honestly I'm still dreaming about it. I also got the basil strawberry lemonade, which changed my life. Whenever I'm craving chicken alfredo I make the drive from south Ft. Worth to DeVivo Bros. Their pastas are true authentic style Italian pasta dishes with fresh noodles and made to order cream sauce. The flank steak is cooked so tender you would almost think it came from Texas Roadhouse. The red velvet cake and white chocolate cheesecake are unbelievable and will wake up your sweet tooth! Love that you can bring your own wine, and it's a great atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal. read more

Used to come here but not anymore. I guess they now want you to stand in a long line and order then go find a table???? With small kids that's not feasible. Every other time I've sat my kids then went and ordered. The last time I went, I was sitting my kids and the waitress walks up and tells us the table was reserved when there were 2 other open tables. Really???? The people sitting there has just got up how is it reserved? She told us to go stand in the line and order then we can sit. We felt so u welcome we left and ate elsewhere. When I called to complain the manager just gave the excuse that is how they do it in the weekends. Well, there's no clear sign and the other 20+ times I've been there it hasn't been a problem so what now? Anyways its not a full service restaurant and every other restaurant I've been to with counter ordering seating is first come first serve. We won't be back that's for sure. read more

Been four times and it hasn't disappoint! Charming and intimate, this diner has everything you could possibly crave, from salads to sandwiches to burgers to pastas. Their chicken parm is probably the best I've ever had - extremely tasty and can come with pasta or as a sandwich. Their Strawberry Basil lemonade is amazing - don't leave without trying it! I've been going here for a long time and enjoy the Devivo family's food more than any other place's in the area. Each dish has the right flavor and balance. I've never had a bad menu item or experience at the devivo bros. My only nitpick is that the food has little variety or zest to it. They do classics 110% right, but I can't think of anything that unique. Either way, I love the food and the bros! read more

We have been here three times now, twice for dinner and once for brunch. Every visit has been excellent! The food is amazing-- they make their pasta fresh. And the desserts are to die for! Clueless. Was seated today by one of their staff members while I waited on my wife and son to arrive. A few minutes later I was asked by a different staff member to leave my seat because I hadn't ordered yet and it is "first come first serve." Had I sat down on my own I would have gladly gotten up and moved on. But to be disrespected after being seated by one of their staff members is unacceptable. read more

I had posted a review of our first visit there and the meal was excellent. My wife and I returned a week later and even though their website states: "All our food, including desserts, are made from scratch for your satisfaction!" That is NOT the case. The Parmesan chicken sandwich I ordered came with FROZEN french fries. When someone pays that much for a meal and the place advertises "everything made from scratch", you would expect the french fries to be real and NOT frozen!!! We will never go back again. There are way too many more places a block away. read more

My first time at DeVivo Bros. Eatery in Keller. We had a group of 7, and it was a busy lunchtime. The staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. They moved a table to accommodate us, and that was done with smiles on faces. The food is wonderful. I had the turkey burger, and it had caramelized onions, spinach, mushrooms...and more. So good. The desserts looked so good, but the turkey burger was too much for one meal. This is now my favorite place to eat in Keller, and I understand why they have been voted BEST for many years in a row. read more

I am so mad, really really mad. I ordered, via door dash, 4 rigatoni with chicken dinners for our construction workers. The containers the food came in were worth more than the pasta and chicken. Sauce was skimpy and flavorless. There were four tiny strips of chicken on each entree, I'm guessing one medium chicken breast served 3, maybe all 4, of the entree size dishes. AND.....to make matters worse, there was NO.....N.....O....NO bread included. Who does that, Italian delivery with no bread? This was the 3rd chance I've given the "brothers" to make a good impression and they have failed every time. I've learned my lesson. Do yourself a favor, stay home with Chef Boyardee (?), you'll have a better meal. read more

I always enjoy coming to this restaurant! It is a great place for families and friends to meet up. This family run joint is to die for because of the food and the environment. I do, however, wish that the building were a little bigger so that it would be more spacious toward guests. It's nice that they have plenty of outdoor seating for guests and they are dog friendly (outside only) so I am able to bring my fur baby when it is nice outside. They even bring him out a little bowl of water every time they see him. read more

This place has great reviews so maybe we had a bad experience? We went in for brunch and it was packed. Since it was packed, seating was limited so we had to sit by the long line of people waiting to ordering. My husband said, "I feel like I am on a cattle car." Not exactly comfortable. The food came out pretty quick - for me. They brought out my food and told us they would be back with my husbands. Mine was actually lukewarm. I was practically done with my food by the time they brought my husbands. His was surprisingly lukewarm also. Between the crowded restaurant, people leering over us while we ate, sub-par food - it leaves us hesitant to return. read more
