In addition, I purchased a coconut sponge candy and some little food toothpicks (75% off from their Christmas sale). The candies were exceptional...superior quality. The candies were on the pricier side, but well worth the price. I must say small town businesses in Texas are usually bursting with friendly staff. Texans are known for having Southern hospitality. That was not the case at Gourmage. Stephanie was aloof and mostly answered my questions with one word responses. I did not feel welcomed. There was only one other couple at Gourmage at the time. While the candies were delicious, I will likely not return. Customer service is extremely important to me.

The recently fenced in their playground which I love! They have comfy seating and cozy string lights. It's literally the perfect combo or aesthetic and family friendly! They also do live music on weekends and just recently did a Bubbles & Glow Sticks event for the kids. They also have a covered cigar lounge patio with a huge tv and couches. Now onto their drinks: AMAZING! I was able to speak with their two head bartenders and you can just hear the passion. If you are over 18 you can eat in the lounge, which is super nice, if you are under 18 there is plenty of seating out back. Plenty of umbrellas, flans, misters, etc. There is even a playground! Plus a stage for live music. I could definitely see hosting an event here. But our server was so great and took wonderful care of us. The food was super tasty... there were just crumbs left if you know what I mean. The bathrooms are on the approved list as well. I could definitely see coming for a girls night, date night, to watch some love music or bring the family. We will be back to see Oreo (the cat).
