Great prices and variety for a hotdog, that's all they have - hot dogs so make sure you want one before you go! I got the 1/4 lb with chili and potato sticks. Good sized portion for being hungry for lunch. I like the flavor of the chili and the hot dogs had a great flavor too and was cooked well. I ate the whole thing including the bun! Quick and friendly service. It's just a walk up stand and you take out your food. read more

Devil Dogs Hot Dogs - Hot Dogs Near Me - North Arlington, New Jersey

Cool hot dog spot with a walk up window that made it feel like you were ordering off a hot dog cart! The staff was very friendly and helpful when it came to deciding what to get. I got the Taylor Pork Roll dog and the Brazilian Devil Dog. Both were phenomenal and the hot dogs had a nice snap to them. There's no tables to eat there so its good for grabbing a few dogs on the go. I'll definitely be going back! read more

I wasn't too impressed too be honest. The prices are a bit high, the hotdogs are soggy and are not that great. The young lady that works there is awesome and was hardworking but what bothered me was the other gentleman behind her not worried about the busy line they had at the time. It seemed like he was too occupied on his cell phone than he was working. I'm not sure if I will be back! read more

Saw live on tick Tock a few times and said I have to try it. There's like approximately 25+ ways that I saw to get your hot dog well dressed. Service was exceptional (Juliana) and friendly service. Definitely recommend if in area or make a day trip like I did. Pretty small place but great taste. And if you go there SMILE cause they live stream sometimes. read more

Cute, little spot and was craving hot dogs this day (don't judge me lol) Came on a hot summer day and there was no line. The woman who greeted us was friendly and quick. We sat on the bench & waited for our order to be made & it was delicious. They have many toppings choices and even premade (?) hot dogs with clever names & topping combinations. Their menu also boasts other food items other than hot dogs. I would recommend you check them out if in the area and if hot dogs are your thang! read more

Hot dogs seemed to be sold on every block in New Jersey, yet this place truly stands out. The service was great, and I couldn't ask for better ambiance. I highly recommend this hot dog place for everyone to check out. read more

What a great small town, store front, hot dog stand. Parking is a little rough but well worth looking for that spot. This is a veteran owned establishment and everything is made fresh and to order. On top of that, everyone was VERY nice and helpful. I went with the Hot Dog of the month and a regular hot dog. They use all beef Sabrett hot dogs with natural casing. The hot dog of the month was BBQ bacon Mac n cheese. Oh my God and did this deliver. They also offer a little Mike's hot honey on top. Absolutely insane. They have an entire menu board of all different specialty hot dogs that you can order as well. The plain hot dog I got with just spicy Deli mustard. A must stop if in the area! read more

Stopped by after a tip from the owner another hot restaurant in town (Calo's). My expectations were high, but wow - exceeded and then some! It's not hyperbole to say these are the best dirty water dogs Ive ever enjoyed! Went with the Lucky Devil and the Dirty Devil and was delighted by both! read more

This spot is a HOME RUN. They set the bar a bit higher for the Hot Dog scene. The topping combinations are well balanced and amaze your palate with every bite. This is real deal thinking out of the box for the Hot Dog scene. Service is friendly, accommodating and very menu knowledgeable. They even assist you with your own creation on a bun. Don't come here expecting ambiance, seating or parking. But they make up for that disappointment on the bun. Buy good air fresheners for your car, so it doesn't smell like the dogs you ordered. Definitely Yummy Tummy read more

Review No. 600, huh?!  (That's bananas, right?) My original plan to mark #600 with a visit to the French Laundry or Geranium or Alinea were sidetracked when I realized I'm drowning in debt. So... it's going to be hot dogs. It's a (literally) rectangle-shaped-hole-in-the-wall at the tail-end of a very busy street, catty-corner to 'The Loop' (where the buses start/stop their various routes).  Metered street parking (but hey - you get an hour for a quarter!) and you'll have to take your weenies to go. Sabrett. Bun. These are the 'vehicles' to the good stuff - the toppings - which is where these dogs jump up another star for me. Hot onions - all truth in advertising here.  Scorching and flavorful.  Potato - they're hyped-up "secret recipe" - looked like a clunky chili dog but tasted like... something else.  (Probably wouldn't have guessed potato, though.  Still - it was delicious.) Chili Cheese - beans in the chili (yeah!) and not skimpy with the (messy, oozing) cheese. And C&C sodas?!  C'mon, now.  Doesn't get much better than that when you're chowing down on a frankfurter. Veteran-owned/operated. Solid pricing. (Now I need to start saving money for when I reach Review #700...) read more

I have honestly never been here before but I have relatives in Jersey that told me about this place and how much they love the food and the owner ! I also watch the owners youtube such a nice person kind person , overall a wonderful atmosphere to be around and support . I'm so upset that he's not in california I'd be coming here everyday if he was !!! Definitely try this place out if your in NJ read more

An overall 10/10!--or 5 stars I should say. Hot dogs were great, and the owner was so kind! I ordered the deviled egg dog with pickled onions and jalapeño and sriracha. I also ordered the lucky devil dog, and a hot dog with hot onions & mustard. He even threw in a little side of devil dog dust which was great! (And two lollipops for dessert ). Wonderful experience overall; can't wait to continue giving this place my business! Just a heads up if you aren't from the area: it is an outdoor walk up counter, and parking can be a little tricky. Definitely worth it though! read more

This is a little hole in the wall spot located on Ridge Rd. In North Arlington just north of the Belleville Pike. Been wanting to try it for a while and finally got the chance to stop in. Ordered the kraut dog and the sweet onion dog. Both dogs had a nice snap and the toppings were very tasty. The Sabrett dogs had a nice snap and were hot. Washed it down with a classic C&C vanilla cream soda. The service was polite and quick. It's basically just an order window so no inside seating. All in all worth a stop if your into a good hot dog. The restaurant is veteran owned so definitely give it a chance and support local businesses. Will definitely be back. read more

You may easily pass by this spot, but do not let the small space deter you because Devil Dogs serves some delicious hot dogs! Located on the main street, Devil Dogs is Veteran-owned and is a small spot where you order at the window. The owner is very passionate about his craft and the test of the hot dogs definitely back that up! The two hot dogs I tried were the following: Blackhawk Dog - Hot Dog with mustard, ketchup, hot onions, chili, sauerkraut, cheese and bacon bits Potato Dog - Hot Dog with Potatoes utilizing their "secret recipe" Keep that receipt secret, as it will keep making me come back! Both hot dogs tasted great. The Blackhawk Dog definitely is one to get if you are hungry, as there are just so many toppings on it! With it being a small spot, there is no place to eat inside and you would just have to use the local sidewalk benches to sit. However, if you are walking by Devil Dogs, give them some support and get a hot dog! read more

DEVIL DOGS recently changed ownership and I had the opportunity to visit there last week (5/24). The service and quality of the product was the same as well as the prices so I had two Hot Dogs with Sauerkraut and one with Mustard and Chili which was excellent! I had an Iced tea as well and the menu seems for the most part the same. I wish the new owners well and when in North Arlington, Devil Dogs is always a stop along the way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

My first time, definitely won't be my last! I finally got a spot ( I am always in a car as I don't live in neighborhood) Dogs were just delicious, fresh with a snap, fresh bun, wonderful sweet onions. Gentleman took great care to generously top the dogs, wrap them individually, gave me dinner napkins! Everything was a win win. Can't wait to stop again and try the disco dog...Looked fabulous but I always judge a place by a good sweet onion dog the first time out and it was a perfect 10! You run a very nice little spot that I would recommend to anyone. Reasonable, delicious, and service with a big smile! Thank you my lunch was excellent! read more
