Susan filled in for a week and she was amazing! The actual therapist literally only spends about 10 min with each patient. We are then passed onto an assistant/tech who runs back & forth between 2-4 patients trying to monitor & supervise each persons progress. For the past several weeks I've sat & done my "exercises" myself with little to no supervision. A tech "may" walk passed and ask if I need anything. From my understanding the first 10 min or so that is spent with a PT is an opportunity to loosen up & massage the problem area. It was here that Susan was amazing & Bree has been sorely lacking. I did mention to my PT (Bree) about the difference between Susan & her process. The reply was "we each do things our own way". I can no longer pay $80 a week in co-payments for mediocre care. No improvement for any of my issues can be noted after attending twice a week for almost 7 weeks.

She is a gifted therapist who has an intuitive understanding of the body. I started PT after a major wreck left me carless and in a lot of pain. I've never done PT before and didnt know what to expect. I haven't been the kind of person who looks forward to working out, but found myself eagerly attending PT a few times a week. You just have to break through that post-workout fatigue of the first 6 weeks. Exercising with pain can be discouraging, but stick with it. After getting past that, I found myself with a higher level of energy that I still have all the time. If something hurts, they don't force you to do it, and they customize your plan every month or so after reevaluating your progress and level of pain. The therapist I had for the first month ended up leaving to continue his education, and even then, if Koreen saw me doing an exercise with bad form, she would come over and show me how to do it correctly. I GREATLY appreciated that she cared enough to help me. She painstakingly explained things to me and answered all my questions. Though I went there for pain, it's unavoidable to not learn about the rest of your body in the process. They left me with a better understanding of core muscles, what muscles being lengthened and shortened can do, an appreciation for exercise, a newfound respect for posture, and most importantly... a big reduction in pain. I felt sad to leave because Koreen and everyone else there have changed my life!

Occasionally, some patients brought in cookies. and everyone is welcomed as if they were part of the Physiotherapy family. I can not say enough about the staff, they are absolutely amazing. The staff have always returned my calls, know my name when i come in, and i have never had to wait more than 5 min to be seen. David Tom Connor and Sam are super amazing. They all took the time to listen to how I got injured, what my complaints were, where I would feel pain while doing the exercises. If I was in any type of pain while doing an exercise they would think of another way to do it so I could still continue to strengthen the area I needed to. Absolutely amazing team. P.s. They keep me informed. I don't expect miracles or perfection and I'm reasonable about what to expect. I also visit frequently. On the rare occasion that I suspected care was "slipping" and another time when a CNA was rude, my concerns were heard and addressed immediately. My husband is a high level of care and sometimes becomes understandably depressed and angry. Staff deals with this well. My husband will need to receive care for the rest of his life. Many of the staff members joke around with him and know him well--he has been there since January of 2022. I will continue to visit often and advocate for him, and I pray this facility keeps providing compassionate care.

I came in with concerns about my scoliosis and other health conditions that can worsen it, and was immediately dismissed. The whole appointment lasted maybe a whole of ten minutes, not including the time the nurse was in with me. The doctor seemed rushed and wouldn't let us ask questions or answered very shortly for the few we were able to. He also didn't offer any sort of advice other than doing "core exercises" when that's not even where my scoliosis curve is and blamed all my symptoms on my other condition. The front office was great and got us in very quickly, but will not be returning.

My left hip had a fracture, I had a ripped fabrum and I was bone on bone. I was hobbling around the tennis courts and a month after replacement I was running around the tennis courts and 2 months later sprinting like a wild man. I was 66 yrs old after the surgery. Dr. Khoury was very patient, kind and a wonderful bedside manner. The patients that rated her with one star must have delusions as to their care. How can this be? She used the supplement machine to conduct the surgery. I play tennis now at age 68 3X week, aerobics 3X week and climb the Victory steps at Verrado on a weekly basis. Thank you Dr. Khoury.
