She gave me incremental exercises that led to not just a full recovery, but strength, range of motion, and flexibility that I had not had before my injury. Sevaughn, her therapy assistant is also amazing with an encouraging very professional attitude dove tailed with attention to detail, fine tuning the subtleties of each assigned exercise to give maximum benefit. The physical improvement was coupled with a sense of caring and consistent compassion. I saw it with all their clients. It gave me a profound sense of comparison to the very impersonal and uncaring attitude of the PT site I had been released from. And, finally I want to express my sincere appreciation to the welcoming reception staff greeting each person by first name. They were immensely helpful and their phone calls were very kind and courteous. Once again, in comparison to my previous PT location, I could not remember anyone ever being called by first name upon the check in process. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

In December of 2022, I was looking for a doctor willing and able, to do spinal revision surgery…read morefrom T-10 to sacrum. I had contacted a few other doctors, but they were either unwilling or unable to help me, but then I found Dr. Rappaport. When I was reading his reviews, one of them said he was the "fixer"! And he is! Dr. Rappaport is the best doctor I've ever had. He takes a minute to get used to, I think maybe he's a little OCD or something, or maybe he's just so brilliant everyone else is just trying to keep up. Besides knowing his stuff, his patients come first, no matter what. The morning of my surgery he was there early checking in on me, conversing with the surgical staff, unlike my first surgeon who was 1 1/2 hrs. late for my surgery, and spoke to me for maybe 30 seconds prior to surgery. He came into my hospital room every morning the four days post surgery I was there. My recovery was so much quicker than my first surgery. Dr. Rappaport is a down to earth guy who genuinely cares about his patients and their long-term outcome. He's absolutely one of the most ethical, honest doctors I've ever met, and I am so grateful to have found him. I just hope he doesn't retire in case I need neck surgery, lol.

In January of 2013 I started having low back pain. Flash forward through multiple MRIs, injections,…read morephysical therapists, consultants, medications, alternative therapies, NINE physicians that couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and three painful years of 'you're just going to have to manage'. It got to the point where I could not walk down the street, could not sit through dinner... I ended up at Dr Rappaport's office through some crazy referral. Physician #10. Could HE figure this out? The MRIs were clean. There was nothing obvious to point to. He said right away 'I know exactly what this is. It's your SI joint. It's unstable. It's a case of hyper mobility in the joint. We need to fuse it.' Of course I was skeptical. Three years of this pain that has derailed my life. I scheduled the surgery and immediately upon wakening the incessant, nagging, horrible pain was gone. It was so strange. And so beautiful. The subsequent tissue torture I had done trying to remain functional was still an issue, but the core problem was FIXED! I am walking. I can sit with my family through dinner. I can see a movie. I tear up still, three years later, with gratitude for having found this office and this surgeon. His open mind. To not think that the answer HAD to be in the MRI. To believe there was an issue without MRI indication. To fix it. THANK YOU. I later referred Dr Rappaport to my friend with a crushed disc in his neck. Dr R did surgery on him. My friend gushes with gratitude to have his life back every time I see him. An open mind goes a long way in the medical field. It's hard to find a professional that will look at YOU and not just your images. He saved my life. He gave me back my life.

While sitting in their chair I conducted a search and found Dr. Stocks. It was at that moment I just knew I had to meet her. I needed a referral which took me close to 2 weeks to get in. My schedule is so limited, but I didn't mind because I knew it was going to be worth it. I almost cried when I met doctor. She was so courteous, professional, caring and was deeply concerned with the state of my feet. She set out this whole game plan and I left that day with each foot injected and I was on the road to healing. That was in July and we've made amazing progress since. Her staff is just as wonderful. If you're a new patient, doctor is very popular so you might experience a few minutes wait. I saw someone become very impatient in the waiting room and her attitude toward staff and tapping her nails with impatience was rather annoying. Doctor S. really treats her patients like gold and everyone in her chair gets 5 star treatment. We all have different needs and treatment, so please be patient. Doctor Stocks and staff - Thank you from the bottom of my foot pads for being life savers and providing professional treatment from the heart. I will never go elsewhere!!

We trust Dr Erbstoesser and his staff completely, and we know that we will always get the care we need - before we need it. The current staff is incredible in every regard. Dr Erbstoesser is a wonderful physician. It is clear however that his staff (maybe Dr Erbstoesser…read moreas well, I don't know) is not interested in new patients. My wife and I were patients for several years, but due to our finances we could no longer afford the $1500/yr retainer. Eventually, our finances improved and so we decided to re-enroll my wife despite the fact we live in the boonies outside of Prescott. They promised to email an enrollment packet. It never happened. A few days later I called the office to find out what happened. I was told that the woman who handles new enrollments was not available to speak to me, but a note would be added to our request. Again, nothing happened. A week or so later I had to make a trip to Phoenix so I decided to visit the office and personally pick up the packet. When I arrived at their office I was told that the woman who who handles new enrollments was off that day, and they had no packets available. The receptionist I talked to said that she would add a note to our request. I asked her what assurances she could give me that the outcome would be different than the last two times. Her only response was "I apologize for your inconvenience." It was clear from her attitude that she really was not interested in following through. If this is the level of responsiveness toward someone who wants to become a client (and is about to hand over $1600), I shudder to think what it would be like as a actual client after they already have my money.
