A few months ago, I had an issue with baby spiders all over my car. I got the mini detail and it wasn't enough because the spiders came back. However I went back to the car wash and did the pricer detail package and subtracted the amount that I had previously paid. They were kind enough to clean out the engine area and sure enough the spiders were all gone. I've also gotten normal car washes here and they always do a really good job. My coworkers and neighbors are always asking me how my car looks brand new and it's because of this place. They take card, but make sure to bring cash to tip the gentleman who works on your car. Best part is that they have an indoor area that you can wait in with air conditioning, massage, chair, chairs, and ample seating. If you want to enjoy the sun, there's a huge patio with a cement shading.

Came up to the digital menu area as soon as I pulled up to offer help. They have a $10 new membership promo now but I didn't get it. I have a wrap so I need to make sure my wrap doesn't get messed up while washing. I got the birch for $11. I like how there are no metal guide rails like many other auto washes I have visited in the past. That tends to mess up my rims so not having them was a nice surprise. I liked the wash. It did a good job considering It was the lowest tier. I was happy my wrap made it through without additional scuff marks. Vacuum area is limited. If it got any busier, this place can easily back up with people waiting for vacuums.

IT dries pretty well. I'm happy with my car washes here. What I like that is above and beyond compared to other car washes; they tape up your windshield wipers and things that could fly off or get messed up from the wash. How great is that? I also like how unique this car wash looks. The robot lady is pictured everywhere, and it reminds me of a comic book almost. It is fun and unique. It seems like a good value.

This place didn't just ruin my day -- they damaged my car and then acted like I didn't exist. Big mistake. Instead, I was met with blank stares, denial, and total refusal to accept any responsibility. They wouldn't even give me an incident report number or explain what happens next. Audry, Andrew, and Lisa have all been contacted -- and yet nothing. No follow-up. No accountability. Just silence. This place is the definition of shady, negligent, and cowardly.
