Well by 3 pm I still haven't heard from them so I called and they said they were almost done. Every time I called, I was told my car was "almost done," yet the timeline kept getting pushed back without any clear explanation. By the end of day Tuesday they said they needed something else to fix. At this time the rental car places were closed so I was screwed without a ride. On Wednesday, the guy called saying again they were almost done and should be done by noon. Again I haven't heard from them at all so I had to call them at 3pm. They kept saying they were almost done. They didn't finish until nearly 7pm and this place closed at 6. Ridiculous. If they had been upfront from the beginning and provided realistic expectations, I could have planned accordingly. Instead, I was repeatedly given inaccurate updates, which made the entire experience even more frustrating. Waiting three days for a brake job is unacceptable, especially when there is little communication and no proactive effort to keep the customer informed. Good customer service isn't just about fixing cars--it's about respecting your customers' time and communicating honestly. Since they were closed on Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day, I had to follow up with them on Tuesday morning when they opened at 8. Kevin told me the issue with my car's ignition coils, recommended a tune-up, and ran the numbers, which I found to be a reasonable price.
