We asked him to do a mini detail with a cleaning of the truck bed and to see if he can buff out some scratches. The interior is perfection! Vacuumed, wiped down the panels & dash, windows cleaned, the whole nine yards. The exterior looks amazing and he was able to make the small scratches practically disappear. One was a little too deep to completely buff out but you have to be at right angle with the right lighting to even tell it's there. We knew going in that they may not be able to buff out but he exceed our expectations. He even went as far to buff out some scratches we didn't even ask him about and cleaned up the step rails and the wheel wells. I didn't realize how dirty they actually were. We look forward to calling Javier back for another detail on our other car and for future details of this car. I've previously tried 4 different shops for different projects, I've also done a few full DIY pre-cut PPF installs myself. But when it comes to "seamless" installation, theres a level of skill that's required and there's just not that many installers that can do the job. After carefully looking at some of their work, I ended up having WRAPSTARS do the job. Sienna's work is amazing, she's very patient and detailed, and every line that could be tucked is fully tucked, and anything that couldn't be tucked, she'd cut it into the edge. Out of the 10+ shops I've called before them, they all say they couldn't wrap the trunk spoiler section one piece, or the mirror has to have a visible seam. While they claim it's not possible, I'd say it's a skill issue.

I had called several shops, and most of them wanted to repaint the side skirts completely. Daniel was one of the few who was confident they could correct the finish with a cut and buff, and the results exceeded my expectations. When I mentioned that I still needed the side skirts installed, Daniel let me know his team could handle that as well. After the cut and buff was completed, I brought my NSX in for the installation. Just as we were backing the car into the shop, it suddenly started leaking coolant everywhere. The team immediately jumped into action, cleaned up the coolant, rolled out wheel dollies, and carefully moved the car inside so it could cool down while they completed the installation. Daniel and Team even went the extra mile by calling around to find a replacement cap and topping off the coolant for me. Unfortunately, the cap didn't fit my aftermarket reservoir, but I appreciated the effort. After the installation, the installer noticed my reservoir cap looked secure but wasn't fully locked down. He sinched the locking mechanism properly, and the coolant leak did not return on the ride home. The quality of the work was outstanding, but what really impressed me was the customer service.
