When I got home, I noticed grime still stuck to my windshield and several areas that had clearly been missed during the hand-drying process. I drive a Tesla, which is a relatively straightforward vehicle to wash because of its simple body lines. That should make it easier to spot leftover dirt and ensure the vehicle is thoroughly dried. Instead, it felt like the focus was on moving quickly to the next vehicle rather than taking a few extra minutes to make sure the job was complete. Considering the price of the service, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Convenience brought me here this time, but quality is what brings customers back. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'll probably drive a little farther next time for a car wash that puts more emphasis on the finished product.

When I opened it, the cup holder was broken and pulled apart. I reported it to the manager before leaving. He said they'd take care of it and told me to get a quote from Mercedes. I did what he asked. The Mercedes quote was $1,120.99. When I brought it back, the owner wouldn't come out to meet me and later denied it by email, based only on his employee's word. He sent the same denial again two weeks later. I've asked twice in writing for his insurance information and never received it. I was never refunded for the wash either. Over a month later, there's still no resolution. If you drive a new or high-end car, think twice before leaving it here.

Seriously, I told him when he walked up "I don't need help I was just trying to find my card." And he proceeded to LURK and then say "you swipe it in, then pull it out." HELLO?? It's always good enough work but sometimes I do leave extra happy with it. Went today around 1pm and I would not go when they're so busy again! I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. They do detailing here but I have not gotten that done but you can check out all that they offer through what people have posted here or on their website.

And at first glance, it didn't seem like they were that dirty, but they are a bit soiled. Not a huge deal, but yeah. I think yesterday the tunnel kind of froze for a bit cause I was at the end and it wasn't launching me forward anymore. Not sure exactly what that was, but I was able to leave without any issues. Most of the time, the employees don't really stop to offer a dash wipe, but it's probably because they think that most people are just there to go straight to the tunnel. It's been a lot easier to get scanned through lately.

They told me my car will be taken care of and will look brand new once finished. I was hopeful. Whole process took just about 1 hour and 45 mins even though I was told 1 hour. All good. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

My Camera won't pick up the marks on my windshield but you can see on my side mirrors the damage it's done to my paint. Both side mirrors are damaged and I have little micro cracks on my windshield where it seems that rocks have hit against it ): I probably will not be taking my car through these washes again
