I expected to see window streaks the next day in certain light because it is hard to get that right and I don't do a good job of it myself, but they were clean! The price was reasonable and the work was very professional. I have recommended them to many other people since. We were so pleased!

My old '99 van's window had gotten smashed on Tuesday morning, so I started calling around for a replacement estimate, and 1st Choice gave me the best price, even though it was a special-order window due to my van being so old.. Amazingly, my window was replaced just a couple days later, on Friday; and it wasn't an easy install.. during the process, it was discovered that the pre-existing dent on the door had bent the support rods on the interior of the door a little... but he was able to deal with it so well that the window now works perfectly- and here's the thing: even though that surprise damage lengthened the repair time, the price didn't change, and as someone who had to scrape the barrel for money to pay for the repair to begin with, I'm beyond grateful for that kindness! So few repair shops nowadays are willing to go the extra mile to complete the unexpectedly complex job without increasing the cost, simply to do it right.. it's noteworthy that 1st Choice Auto Glass is one of them and if you're in need of window or windshield replacement, I highly recommend this business!!

Water beaded everywhere except those spots. I contracted reaper only to be told I wasn't washing the car correctly! I use two buckets and chemical guys product. So I sent them pictures, again, it was my fault. For weeks after that my front passenger window tint began to peel off at the bottom as it was cut incorrectly. Once again, contact was made, to be told, you guessed it, it was my fault. I then took my tint issue to Eclipse Tinting (Fabulous) and my ceramic problem to Diamond Shine (Fabulous). Diamond shine now does tinting too, Karan, you're the man! Fast forward TWO years, I get contacted by Reaper about my previous issue. Words were exchanged and an offer was made. Here's where Reaper really shone. However it happened, my experience was lost in their system for two years, but when they found it, Jas, you are also, THE MAN, sent me a text. He listened, he was sympathetic and understanding and was authorized to offer me a level two paint with a ceramic pro coating, on any of my five cars, to make amends. Reaper acted like a company who cares about their service and cares about the satisfaction of their customer. I believe they really do, their actions proved it to me. I want to say thank you to Nimar and Jas for their integrity and their level of professionalism. You guys are what other companies should look to for a template.
