They don't know if its my first or 2nd time going I thought they should have a little more ...common sense to ask "is this ur first time here? Or are u good with walking in and looking for what you need". After that first impression I wanted nothing to do there. Didn't even pass the gate I turned right back around and threw the exit door which is a little unfortunate, the reason I came to this specific yard was because they were the only place that had my vechile and I had been waiting for some time for any place to get it. This reminds me of when I was looking for a part at Lowe's, only to discover the aisle location was totally wrong. This suggests their inventory practices are questionable. Needless to say, I will never purchase an item online with AutoZone ever again. I ended up driving to a totally different store on George Dieter just to get LIGHTBULBS! And when I got there, guess what the store manager said, "Hmm...you bought this online? I would never do that again." I plan to take this advice. Sometimes, first impressions are a b*tch.
