Detail Element - My car engine looks like new car - Auto Detailing Near Me

I recently purchased an older JDM vehicle, wanted to have it washed and waxed and a paint correction. I called 1 shop that refused to give me a quote over the phone. Wanted me to bring the car in. Once there, they said they would not do anything except ceramic coat for $600. They said if they corrected my car it would be a waste because I would be back in 2 months with more damage. Talk about a of waste of time. I reached out to Detail Element and Tim was very honest and explained everything thoroughly. His prices were reasonable and he did a great job with my car. Communication was great and he came to my residence right on time. Would definitely recommend. read more

Tim did a phenomenal job on my car! He arrived at my house early and took his time on every part of the cleaning. It's evident that he is detail- oriented and aimed to ensure he was putting his best effort in this cleaning. I had one water stain on my passenger seat that no other car wash service was able to remove and Tim got it right out. My car looks as shiny and new as it did when I first bought it and I will most certainly be using his services again down the line! read more

At first glance my husband and I thought Tim did an amazing job! My car was filthy a lot of stuff on the carpet and sticky stuff from my kids and it was a complete mess, period. But after letting the car sit and dry we took a good look and are disappointed to find ALOT of scratches that were not previously there. I am very picky when it comes to scratches. I try to take very good care of my car even though it is now 4 years old. It's a 2019 Honda accord bought brand new so it didn't have scratches in the interior. I wonder what tools were used to have scratched screens. Not what I was hoping to get for my first experience with a full detail. Thank you for trying Tim, you are very kind and spent a lot of time. But maybe in the future please pay closer attention to detail. I would like to add he did a GREAT job on the carpet. Just missed some of the smaller details. read more

I contacted Detail Element via Yelp, along with several competing companies. Tim, the owner, responded promptly with a quote. The price wasn't the highest or the lowest. It was somewhere in the middle. I chose to go with Tim after viewing his website, since I could easily schedule an appointment. Tim called to confirm and was responsive via text and his website chat. He also texted me shortly before the appointment to let me know he was on the way. Tim did a great job washing and buffing the exterior & shampooing/cleaning the inside. I'm happy with the work. Thanks Tim. read more

Had a great experience with Detail Element. Tim was punctual and communicated like a professional. He made payment and invoicing simple and quick! Tim went above and beyond for my interior detailing. I did my research and found Tim with Detail Element to be exactly what I was looking for. I bought my wife a 2020 MB GLB250. We bought it at night and parked it in the garage til the following weekend. That's when I noticed swirl marks and some blemishes on the paint in different spots. After finding them I looked up the Instagram profile and found a specific post that sold me. It had a few black cars in the post and the looked amazing. I got in contact with Tim and he was very polite and communicative throughout the whole process of scheduling a date. When it finally got done the results were amazing. He was able to remove the swirl marks and apply a ceramic coating to the whole exterior. My wife is very picky and notices EVERYTHING and she was amazed with the results. I was quoted a little more then some of the competitors but after seeing the social media pictures, the communication and the details he provided before performing the services, I was sold and didn't mind paying a bit more knowing what I was getting and I was not disappointed. I definitely recommend Detail Element to keep your investment clean and protected. read more

Tim was responsive, friendly, polite and prompt. More importantly he didn't gag when he saw the mess my Infiniti was in! He did an amazing job and I will be referring him to all our family and friends. Thanks for spending your Sunday morning in the cold to help me out Tim! Much appreciated! Tim is honest, responsive, and serious about his craft. He drove 45 minutes to check out my potential job, and even spent an hour testing out a section of paint to see if it would respond to his paint correction tactics. He didn't want me to pay for a job when the paint was "beyond correction." Turned out, it was. No sweat, Tim let me know in no uncertain terms that i would need to replace the bumper cover, and he was on his way! I didn't pay a cent for this consultation, and he saved me hours of time by letting me know what the situation was. read more

After being ghosted by another business, I was anxious to reach out to another business for detailing. Our family recently bought a used car and wanted it to feel like new. Tim understood the assignment and went above and beyond. He was great at communicating and showed up on time with an incredible energetic attitude. It's been a week or so now and I'm still in love with the work Tim did. There were a few stains I was convinced would never come out, but Tim worked his magic and boom good as new! In terms of pricing, we were happy to find out that the cost was less than the other business who had ghosted us. For the price, the service is beyond amazing. We will be reaching out again for our future car detailing needs! Thank you! read more

I am someone who has to commute to work and spends a lot of time in the car, so the cleanliness of my car matters to me. I had the best experience with Tim! Not only does he pay attention to every little detail, but he considers your wants/needs out of a detailing service. I had a horrible coffee stain in my seats that I figured I would never be able to get put, however Tim removed it seamlessly.
