Destiny Wine Tours with Ray is one of the most fantastic experience we've ever had. I called Destiny expecting a recording or an operator but instead got the owner/operator Ray. My cousin & her husband from the UK were visiting on their honeymoon, and I wanted a very special day to help celebrate their newlywed status. Ray was most accommodating & had many great suggestions to tailor make a tour that fits our needs & wants. Learning that Ray is a Napa resident for decades made it all the better. We wanted door to door service with local histories & stories along our route & Ray did not disappoint. We learned so many interesting facts & histories of the Napa valley & the wineries from Ray. More interestingly, Ray weaved in his own personal stories of family & friends which made it even more intriguing & fabulous. We learned that Ray grows out his hair & donate it every 2 years or so to honor one of their best friends who lost her battle to cancer. Ray was the best from the start! I knew right away he was the go to for our girls Napa trip. He is super responsive, courteous, professional and confirmed our reservation the day before. He arrived 15 minutes early with bubbles, wine (from his own winery) and water and was super friendly and knowledgeable about food recommendations and places to go. I sent him our itinerary ahead of time and he made it a point to keep us on time and always kept in constant communication with us throughout the day regarding traffic, time and took great photos of us at every stop. We were never rushed; he seemed to know when we were ready to go and greeted us so we never had to walk to meet him. My girls and I loved his company and he helped us with hooking up our music to his speakers and even offered to call one of the wineries we wanted to just stop for a bottle to see if they would allow us to shop because they were closed for a private event. He even checked in on us after our day to remind us to hydrate (very important!). I wish we had more time to explore but we will be back soon and will definitely call Ray to book our transportation. We had such a great experience with Destiny Wine Tours! We were a group of 6 and went wine tasting for the day. We started in Sebastapool area and headed north to finish our day up in Chalk Hill, we went to a total of 5 places. Before booking, we worked with Ray (owner & driver) on a route and a list of wineries we wanted to attend to. He was very flexible, knowledgable and respectful on our locations. The day before, he emailed us to confirm everything and expressed how excited he was. Morning of, Ray was energetic and started our day with bubbles, music and took lots of pictures throughout the day for us. Ray, the owner, was an awesome tour guide! A group of 8 of us booked his 8 seater limo this past weekend to do some wine tasting around Sonoma and Napa, and I am so glad we did! The limo was clean and super comfortable- fully stocked with glasses, chilled champagne, water, and sodas, as well as some additional alcohol! We even got to hook up our phones to the speakers (bring a connector cord) to play our own music. He also recommended a great place to get deli sandwiches for lunch! I hired Destiny for my wedding last month. What a pleasure to work with Ray! He quoted us a flat rate, which is such a nice change from other limo tours which charge hourly. He said he would stay with us the whole night, which made things so nice and easy for us! Since he needed to make 2 trips from the hotel to the church (first with the groom and his groomsmen, and then with the ladies) he brought 2 bottles of champagne! That was such a nice added touch and such a great example of excellent service. The limo was beautiful and in great shape! The tour was incredibly fun, and it lasted all day! We had six members in our group, and we all fit very comfortably in the limo (with room to spare!). The limo was impeccably clean and fully supplied with cold waters to drink throughout the day. We also were provided with CDs to choose our own music in the back!
