I highly recommend him, and would like to emphasize his communication skills. Some instructors have the knowledge but not the ability to communicate that knowledge in an effective and useful way. You can be current but not proficient. Brian makes me proficient, which is safely and effectively, going beyond just fulfilling the legal mandates.
