By the time I got to the counter, almost 10 mins past 4 PM, Michael (staff) assisted me. Not only did Michael administer to my Notary public needs, but he found me an appropriate envelope and accurately shipped my signed/notarized docs to where they needed to go! Outstanding service, and saved me a few bucks by finding a cheaper, more appropriate shipping package.

We had a large order that my office requested the printing of shirts 8 weeks before they were needed. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's.

Don't count on your print order being ready when they say it will be. I placed an order online…read morebecause it said it would be ready by Dec 9th at 7pm (I need it for Friday the 13th). I called this morning (Dec 10th) to confirm it was ready before picking up and they said it's not, they don't know when it will be (maybe this week), and didn't offer a solution. The woman was super dismissive and unhelpful. A simple "I'm so sorry, we got flooded with orders so that timeframe is behind. As soon as it's ready we'll let you know, sorry about the inconvenience" would've gone a long way. Just any empathy/accountability or attempt to make it right, but she truly did not give a shit and said "I can cancel your order" lol I'm just super unimpressed by a business that over promises, under delivers, and then doesn't take accountability when that happens
