This is completely unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but dishonesty and refusal to fix the situation is what makes this experience so bad. I would not trust them with any important order. There were several different rooms all stacked with gorgeous flowers, plants or vegetables to plant. I also noticed this place is spick and span clean. There were plenty of carts/baskets to roll through and put your flowers in. I ended up buying one potted flower, a hanging basket, a potted assortment for the porch and a bag of some basic garden soil. My bill came to $100 (I bought the big combo flower arrangements) ; I was able to use a $10 off coupon bringing my total to an easy $90.00 I will be back.
