They couldn't get them at the same time. The first pair I picked up, didn't look right to me, but thought I am going to be back and if they don't look/feel right, I would mention it. Especially if the second pair looked/felt the same. the second pair was just as bad. They offered to fix it but I would have to give up a pair, then send back out. Then go back with the next pair and then send to my house. Sounds like a lot or work knowing they could have done it right the first time. Not worth my time to hope its done right. Hope isnt a strategy. When i asked about the thickness of the lenses, I was told it was because of the style I got. He knew the style before I spend close to $1,000. He absolutely heard me say I wanted thin lenses. My question is why not tell me BEFORE i paid for them they wont be thin? Why wait until I came to get the final product? Makes no sense.
