We needed siding fixed for our Tudor and rather than replacing parts of the wood that were rotting, they filled it with putty and filler which never set and was crumbly and soft to the touch. They claimed it needed time to set but after a week of warm temperatures, it still flaked off. How that would withstand a pressure wash before a paint job is beyond me. Trying to talk to their representative about issues that arose was impossible. We ended up doing some work on our own after they finally came around to acknowledging that some of their work was poor quality. Us putting in time and effort and working on the siding was the only way we could move on and get the hired painters in to start our exterior paint job. Mind you we were over a month late trying to get Certa Pro to come work on the project. If you ask ahead about their schedule to come out, you don't get an answer or you get misinformation. They will tell you a time they plan to come and will not show up and will not notify you. While we did not want to replace all of the siding from the beginning because parts of the wood were still in good condition, we did not expect such a poor job with the patch work for the pieces that needed work. This company does not offer to help in any way and their people are difficult to deal with. We used them because we used Certa Pro for painting and they recommended this sister company for carpentry. Biggest regret. We could not put our house on the market on time and they didn't even clean up afterwards. Well, unless you count throwing away parts in our yard waste bin and us having to transfer that to our garbage bin. Anyone else would be a better carpenter. You, yes you the reader, can have a better outcome by watching YouTube to learn how to diy; your efforts would be more skilled than their workers'! Beware and stay far far away! The walls had many issues from someone who did a lease to own then backed out a year later and left the lovely house pretty torn up. It was painted in a flat off white to hide all the issues. They also had a dog who tore up the wood floors and carpet. They had to resurface the entire area in the kitchen and other areas then sand to make the walls look normal again before starting to paint. They prepped very well so as not to get paint or dust from sanding on any of your items and took whatever time was needed to complete the project in a beautiful manner and no unexpected fees added after the original quote, They cleaned up everything before they left were very respectful at all times and the areas of the house they painted look great. I'd like to have them back when I can afford to paint the other rooms mostly on the 2nd floor. I would highly recommend them.

Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.

Had them remove and install new kitchen granite countertops. Communication is their biggest issue…read more There's a few quality issues as well, which Include in the following: 1) They left a huge gap between the New granite top and backsplash. They said they would come to seal it but after a few weeks they still have not come. All I was asking was to have them (professionally) caulk/seal/grout the gap. Nothing more. After multiple text messages to various people and emails, they decide to no show and ignore my calls. See pics. Once they receive your full payment, they are done with you. 2) we smelled a continuous gas leak after they reconnected the stove lines. Had to call Duke Energy to have them come out and fix this. Again, they act as if they're too busy to fix your problems. 3) i was initially told it would take four hours from start to finish on one day only but ended up being two days, essentially all day both days. On the first initial day they ended up being three hours late before I received a phone call, stating that they actually were not coming that day. 4) One piece was mis-measured and there is some mismatch in the granite grain. See pic The rest of the job looks OK though. Price was fair. But considering all the problems I thought I would get a higher level of customer service to fix issues or some Credit or refund for my troubles. I would not use these folks again. Nor would I recommend them.

We hoped to remove some low-hanging beams in our home, and the first time that Nick showed up, he was completely unprepared and said that he couldn't evaluate anything until we cut holes in the ceiling ourselves. We cut the holes and rescheduled a second visit an entire month later (what a waste of time). Nick drew up shoddy architectural plans that multiple contractors told us wouldn't work after demo-ing my family room. When I asked Nick for my money back, he was cold and dismissive of the multiple contractors' genuine concerns about fire hazards and safety risks in Nick's Plan B, after his Plan A was deemed completely infeasible. At this point in the saga, we have spent months with a torn apart family room, paid for bad architectural plans, paid to have the family room demolished, and now have to pay to repair the room to its former state without anything to show for it. I was surprised to be gaslit and put in such a stressful financial position by this company - I hope you can avoid similarly wasting thousands that you won't get back.

All communication from Molly was pleasant and professional. I enjoyed my initial assessment with Chad and the guys that came to my home to do the job itself were great. They even moved my piano and other heavy furniture off the floors and much to my great surprise, they moved everything BACK when the job was through! (Something I was really dreading.) We were concerned about grooves worn into the hardwood from my Grandma's walker from 13 years of back and forth wear (it kind of looked like Talladega) and also a dog's urine stain that left a very noticeable permanent mark. Anyway, Cawood got all of those blemishes out and made selecting a new stain very easy for us by leaving a few samples on the freshly sanded wood. I feel like the price was very fair as well.
