This driver decided to pass me going at least 75.. We have enough A hole drivers around here. And definitely have enough accidents.. I have had other tow companies come to my house and I have never had a problem. The driver didn't listen to how we told him to come up the driveway and broke big parts out of my driveway. I'm annoyed at that and he started complaining to me about other companies. This is completely not ok. I'm used to another tow company local to Hesperia who listens. When he went to pull my car up he didn't line in up and it looked to drag. Let me point out that my cat has 2000 miles on it and is brand new. I'm not comfortable with the car of my car in this company's hands. The driver was dirty from the driveway and got into my car to put the car into neutral. Originally gave them 5 stars, they were prompt, but the driver was not to friendly. while being towed Chris called for payment, $225.00, seemed reasonable, so paid by credit card, during hookup driver broke my horn, no problem he said, just call Chris in the office, ok, get to destination driver said bill is $300.00. When I told him I already paid, he said ok. My problem is he tried to jack the tow charge $75.00, the exact same charge my international dealer charges for a new horn. This towing company really went above and beyond to get me out of a shotty situation. After getting stranded at a musical festival with no phone, they towed me out and even helped me restart my car by troubleshooting with the alternator. I had a terrible experience with this company. They didn't know how to properly load my vehicle on their flat bed and completely damaged my back bumper during both loading and unloading! On top of that, the tow truck driver lied to us about repairing our damages and then when I called in to report this, both the supervisor and manager denied everything even after I gave them all the evidence they requested to prove this damage happened. And now they are ignoring my calls and emails to avoid problems they caused. This is an extremely unprofessional company who has terrible customer service and doesn't even have the courtesy to speak to me over the phone.
