Michael lied and neglected to inform the other agent involved about the mold problem. To make matters worse, he advised the homeowner to cover it up with special mold paint in order to sell the property quickly and make it appear in better condition than it actually was, all for the sake of closing the deal and securing the money. His actions reflect a lack of professionalism, focusing more on profit and exploiting others for personal gain. There's more but I'll keep it short and simple. She was always available to us when we had questions (and we tried not to monopolize or abuse her time). We were very particular about what we wanted in our house, and she did a tremendous job of showing us only places that met our criteria. She didn't try to push us to consider homes that weren't what we wanted. It's our intention to make the house we purchased our long-term residence, so hopefully we will not need her assistance in the future.
