My second order came today and the packing team had lovingly snuggled everything together perfectly into one box and even wrapped the tomatoes in bubble wrap. It rode down the trail on the mules then sat in my office all day. Everything was still cold and fresh when I unpacked it tonight!! I almost sang with excitement at the picture perfect beets and chard and assorted peppers. They are at their peak and so tasty!! When I reached out for a ref, they refunded me for the items but failed to refund me for the $40 shipping cost. The Disney products are an Aldi Find, which means they are only available for a limited time or while supplies last, whichever comes first, I guess. I was shocked that the price tag for the shoes was just $14.99!! The best part is that they are so comfortable!! I definitely hit the jackpot! They also had a different style with a holographic Mickey on the shoe, but I opted for the original Mickey. I dropped a star only because I tried to call this location to see if they had the Disney ears in stock. I didn't want to waste my time or gas if they didn't have them, as I know stock varies by location. However, when I called, the generic recording comes on telling you that because they are short staffed, they don't have anyone to answer the phones which is laaaaaame sauce!! But whatevs, I got what I came for thank God, and even found an extra treasure during my hunt. You can't really beat Aldi prices, but make sure you ha e time to sift through the merch. I didn't really interact with any staff, so I cannot comment on that. I can say the place was clean, shelves were stocked well and as always...prices are great. The only thing that threw me off was that this location has everything opposite from the Bell Rd ones. The produce/bread/frozen items are switched to the opposite sides. Of all the Sprouts locations I've visited in the Valley, this is where I've felt the most comfortable and received the most help finding what I need. Joey knows the vitamin department like the back of his hand. He always has a smile and takes the time to help with every question I bring him. When an item was out of stock, he even called other stores and helped arrange for me to pick it up elsewhere. He makes me feel valued as a customer, and I hope management recognizes the difference he makes. Jacquelyn greets me with a smile whenever she sees me walk through the door. Her positive energy and professionalism are impressive, and I've noticed the leadership she shows when working with the cashiers around her. If she isn't already a lead checker, I hope she's considered for that opportunity. On one visit, she noticed that an item I was buying looked dated and brought it to my attention, potentially saving me a return trip. If you are not familiar with a CSA and how it work, here's a down and dirty explanation. You pay a certain amount of money in advance for several months of veggies each week. In this case, Maya's farm charges about $300 for 12 weeks of a whole heck of a lot of veggies that are certified organic. You support your local farmers and you know where your food is coming from. I recommend that you swing by the farm and take a stroll around. You might see Maya. I've met her and I think she's a very nice person. I will update this review with more info but I think the pictures that I post of Maya's Farm CSA speak for themselves. My only wishlist with Maya's farm is to have a half-basket. My small family and I can't finish all the veggies in one week.
