Baby-Proofing Excellence - Highly Recommend Robert!…read more As first-time parents, we knew the day would come when we'd need to baby-proof our home -- and honestly, we were anxious about it. We read countless articles online, even asked ChatGPT, and quickly realized just how many little details go into making a house safe for a crawling (and soon walking!) baby. It felt overwhelming, and we didn't want to miss anything important. That's when we wondered -- is there a professional who actually does this? Lo and behold, we found Robert. After reviewing several candidates, he immediately stood out as the clear choice -- and now, after the experience, we're so glad we went with him. From the moment we reached out, Robert was incredibly responsive. So responsive, in fact, I thought I was talking to an AI -- but nope, it was just him being that attentive. With 25 years of experience and five kids of his own, he brings a rare mix of professionalism, personal insight, and genuine care. When he arrived, he came in wearing protective booties to keep our home clean -- a small detail, but one that shows his attention to respect and professionalism. Within minutes, he assessed our space and offered customized recommendations. What we really appreciated is his honesty. He didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary gear. Instead, he gave practical, thoughtful suggestions based on our needs -- including what's essential now, and what to consider down the road. He solved problems we didn't even know we had -- like proper baby gate placement, cabinet locks, and other safety tweaks that would have taken us hours (and likely some frustration) to figure out on our own. The entire process took just a couple of hours, and the peace of mind we got was priceless. For the level of service and care Robert delivered, the pricing was more than fair. We now feel confident that our home is safe, with a clear plan for future stages as our baby grows. If you're looking for a baby-proofer in San Diego, do yourself a favor and call Robert. Highly, highly recommend. -- James & Becky Zheng
