We called yesterday. We had an emergency situation, so Ben came out the very next morning. Having had a very limited budget, he was able to save us about $200 by using overstock materials with no warranty. He came on time and was done in 2 hours. It just doesn't get better than that! I would easily recommend these guys to everyone. read more

Excellent service and ease in contacting for additional needs. Would hire again without hesitation!

I have an old pool fence with a gate that just wouldn't close safely. Ben came out and literally fixed my gate with a pebble! It got me through the weekend, and he wouldn't even take $$ for a service call. I'm replacing the fence in 2026 and there's no doubt who will be getting the work! read more

Just had my fence put in and they did a fantastic job. Very informative on the types of materials available. The day of the job they were prompt and I really appreciated that they checked in at different points to recommend some changes to the original design based on how everything was lining up with the lay of my yard. I worked with Ben, he is excellent! So great at what he does, professional and super fast! We got the keys for our new house Monday and Ben and his team at Pool Guard had our fence installed Tuesday so my kids would be safe. I can't say enough about this great company. At the time I had my fence put up in 2015, Pool Guard in Redlands had only 2 reviews. Though both reviews were 5 stars, I was hesitant at first but glad I went with Pool Guard! Now that I am writing reviews for businesses I frequented, I have to review Pool Guard with high recommendation. Our fence still looks awesome and it has provided such peace of mind for several years (last month in our town, twin girls drowned in their backyard pool because they didn't have a fence up). If you're on the fence, just get it over with. It's expensive, but one of those things you must absolutely invest in for the sake of your kids and perhaps others, like drunken adults, and I wouldn't have anyone else but Pool Guard come and do it (the upside to it is that it's removable for parties and other events, and pops right back in when they're over). read more

Tim and his team just installed our pool fence, and did an excellent job! During the initial consultation, Tim was very helpful with figuring out the best lay out for the fence, and made sure to address all our questions. A few days later, Tim brought his team to install the fence, and they did the job efficiently and correctly. Tim also checked the fence after his team completed the job, and he made one adjustment to make sure it was perfect. Pricing was reasonable, and better than several others around the area. I'd recommend Pool Guard over any of them for sure! read more

After searching on Yelp, I decided to request a quote from Pool Guard based on their great reviews. Ben was quick to get back to me and explained their different products over the phone. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone using google maps. Within a week my Pool Fence was installed. I was extremely impressed with the quick turn around time. Jose was here today installing our fence. He did an amazing job, he was professional and courteous. He charged us exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. I am so relieved to have a safe pool area for my kids. Ben and Jose made the entire process quick and easy! I would definitely recommend this company. read more

Pool guard was simply amazing from the start. I called and asked for a quote and Ben made it very simple. He did a satellite view of my house and gave me a quote. Ben was honest and didn't try to up sell anything. Installation was also amazing. Jose was very professional and takes pride in his work. He did not try and cut corners and did the job the right way without asking. He told me he has been installing these fences for 19 years and you can definitely tell. I got quote from another company and they wanted to charge me to remove my fake grass so they could drill a hole. Pool guard completed the job perfectly with no hidden or additional costs. My family and I had an emergency situation in which we needed our home to be up to San Bernardino county's new foster parent requirements and one of them was to have a fence installed around our custom pool. Ben was very helpful in explaining county requirements, pricing, warranty and was also very flexible with my schedule. I was able to get a very affordable quote and within 2 days I had my fence installed. Another big plus was that the fencing materials are made in the U.S.A and had very long warranties, that's important to me. Other than that not much else I can say. The installer Jose was a cool guy too. No problems with anything and very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them. Even if you just called and got some basic info from Ben it would be worth a go,you won't be disappointed. read more
