Not a good place to enjoy, the customer service is bad. They are always pushing you to play and get out. The neon lights are rarely on, the food is bad and over priced. The bowling is in bad shape, bowling balls are old and the pins keep jamming up. Place is lonely for a reason and also they want to close 30 minutes before the posted time. The employees mentioned the owners a few times as being the reason for the bad service. read more

I went there just this past weekend and it was a horrible mistake. My family and I didn't have fun at all. The service was bad. The people who work there look like they are on drugs. We complained to the manager and he didn't do anything but made us feel more uncomfortable. There was the one guy who helped us in any way possible and I forgot his name but I think it might be Ricky or Ricardo something like that. So I called them today to speak to him because I wanted to show my appreciation for his overall work he did for us that night and they told me he no longer work there. I feel like he was the only one doing his job while all the other girls were just there playing games on the job. I pray that the owner takes accountability and fire that manager asap. We headed to bowling alley on a hot Sunday afternoon. Looking forward to engaging in a cool indoor activity during this July heat. We walked in and the temperature didn't feel properly air conditioned, but the kids were very excited and we decided to stay. Much to our disappointment, once we started bowling it felt much more hot. We ordered tacos, nachos and French fries. The fries were hot, perfectly cooked and delicious. That's where the good ends. The tortillas were cold and the tacos didn't even have onions. The nachos toppings were scant and were dumped in one spot, leaving lots of empty chips. Although the food and temperature were disappointing, that wasn't the worst of it. Once we changed our shoes and started to play we heard a drill. Half the lanes were undergoing renovations - during business hours and we weren't informed before we paid. So while half the lanes were in use, workmen were drilling and doing other types of maintenance on the remaining lanes. In general the service was mediocre, the food was mediocre and the overall experience was less than mediocre. I hope they step it up and get their act together. This is one of the few places for a family to enjoy an activity in EP, without having to brave the elements. However consumers still want to get their money's worth and feel as if the business operators appreciates their business. read more

Came to enjoy the night out with friends and bowl a few games. They close the bar and stop selling lanes by 10pm. The establishment isn't supposed to close till 11pm. Would not recommend if your looking for a good time. What a shame. read more

Went with the family this past Saturday. Staff was friendly at first and after spending over 200 dollars in bowling and food. The lanes kept messing up and manager wouldn't show his face !! Only the teenage staff would come around. It took several people to complain for the manager to come out and see what was going on. First he said that we had too many bowling balls which is ridiculous because not only our bowling balls were getting stuck. We had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for the techs to fix the lanes each time they would get stuck. Then the cones every time they would rack up 2 to 4 pins would get knocked down so more time wasted while they fixed the error. Manager said that it's cause the machines are over working. Which is such a lame excuse. Didn't get a refund or part of our money back. Too top it off we were 8 in our family and had to be separated into groups of 4. Friends or family is the manager show up being like 8 or more people all playing in one lane. So what are the rules and why don't they get enforced. Out of the 3 hours that we paid for which 33 dollars per hour for each lane. We only played maybe 2 hours because of all the time we lost due to mechanical and technical issues. If it was possible, I would give this establishment no stars at all. I am from San Antonio, and came here with my family on a Saturday night. All the lanes were taken, so we bought food while we waited and sat down at the tables (keep in mind these tables do not say reserved and are first come first serve) till our lane was ready. A group of teenagers tried to move us because they were going to bowl. We let them know we were eating and waiting for our lane as well. The "manager" came and rudely told us to move, because paying customers were going to bowl. Last time I checked, buying food at your establishment and waiting to bowl is also considered a paying customer. I requested to be reimbursed for my food. Long story short, this so called manager teenager told me he didn't give a shit--to reimburse us and get us the hell out of there as well as threaten me with assault yet he waived his hand in my face to move me. This establishment caters to Mexican nationals, Eagle Pass is part of the United States--catering to Mexican national is ridiculous especially when I am a paying US citizen. There is nothing but teenagers running this so called bowling alley with no class and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Trust me, I will contact corporate and BBB. Stay in school!! read more
