It turns out there was a break and clog in the main line, after looking back on the inspection report the only issue he caught was there was one of the sinks that was slow to drain. While I understand he isn't a plumber and does have a camera to look in the piping. I would've expected him to run the water for at least a certain amount of time to make sure there wasn't any blockages. He also reported there being no carbon monoxide detector in the house even though there is and I can see it in the pictures he took. He caught most things but unfortunately this is a 20k repair I'm on the hook for that took almost no time to find.

Instead of handling the situation professionally, she became defensive and argumentative, refusing to take any accountability. What makes this worse is that their own inspection documentation clearly states that they evaluate areas such as electrical systems, structure, and laundry facilities. Despite that, several obvious and potentially hazardous issues were overlooked. The washing machine was full of moldy water and not working, and the dryer was not even connected--issues that are impossible to miss during a competent inspection. Even more concerning, basic electrical and safety problems were ignored, including: * An outlet with broken prongs still stuck inside * No GFCI outlet in the bathroom * The electrical panel cover not properly reinstalled after being removed * A malfunctioning four-way hallway switch * A garage door that was visibly off track and bent These are not minor oversights--this is a clear failure to perform a thorough inspection. When an inspector misses multiple obvious defects and the owner refuses to address it, that raises serious concerns about the company's competence and integrity. These people performed an inspection on a house, and they over exaggerated everything, they made my…read morehouse look like a wreck, they stated plumbing was leaking just if a had an old water stain, everything that had a old water stain was leaking, i do admit they are thorough to the T but they costed the sale of the house, the buyer and seller both lost out!!! these guys say that if a unit is over there recommended life span , it should be replaced, there's a point when OVER exaggerated is not good. they showed drips from plumbing in the pics, and upon further inspection no leaks were noted, they showed water stains under the eves of the roof edges saying the roof was leaking , i cant see any of these water stains, it seems as though they photo shopped pics, they broke the pool leveler float, didn't say anything but shut the water off so the pool wouldn't over flow, they also have tons of other service folks that they recommend in there reports probably for kick backs, these guys are too much and will kill the deal!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
