    brought vehicle in 4 times in 2 months. Original problem…read morewas DEF system error. Was also told at dealership that timing chain was loose. Replaced entire engine and DEF system. Drove truck home and it overheated. They sent tow truck to pick it up and determined a seal had been cracked when putting in new engine. Drove truck home and emission sensor warning appeared. returned it to dealer. picked it up and drove it home. The next day the same original error, "DEF System Error" appeared. I have spent over $20,000 repairing the vehicle over the last 2 months and have not been able to drive it for more than 5 days in 2 months. I am upset that the dealership has only 1 diesel mechanic but I understand that it is difficult to find good workers. The staff have been very kind and as helpful as can be expected.

I contacted the…read moreservice department on Friday (10/11) to schedule a changing of my tires on my vehicle and was told that someone would call me back. I waited over an hour for someone to reach back out and no one did. So, I called back and was transferred to Nicole. She wasn't available but she did call me right back. Here is where it got interesting. I told her the service I needed, and she proceeded to give me the price of the factory tire that I have on my vehicle. I asked her did I have any other options for tires. She responded by saying "No, this is the only tire that is in my system that fits your vehicle." I told her that I had looked on the my GMC app and saw that I had options, she was like thats the app not here. I asked her if they could be ordered and with alot of attitude she was like no we can't order those this is the only tire for your vehicle. So then I told her that I had spoken to someone in the parts department a while back and they had given me options. She replied to me very rudely and and said I would be more than happy to transfer you to "___" in the service department. I can't remember the guys name she called. I was transferred to a lady in the parts department and she ordered me tires that would be appropriate for my budget. Now she was extremely helpful. I will say this, Nicole almost made me choose a different dealership to service my vehicle. I didn't buy my vehicle from All-Star but I chose them to service my vehicle because they were the closest to me. After, the way I was talked to on the phone I almost said forget about it being close and drive wherever I needed to go to get my vehicle fixed. The lady who I spoke to in the parts department made me change my mind. If Nicole would have simply said I can check with our parts department or transfer you there I wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, she chose to argue with my and treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about.
