***Buyer BEWARE!*** I purchased a Yukon from here and the experience wasn't no where near mediocre. They'll say anything to make the sale. Afterwards, failed promises and sloppy work. I was told that i would receive detailed car washes and tinted glass out of the deal on my new vehicle. A detailed wash on a new vehicle should be effortless right?? They ran it through a car wash and left it to air dry. They didn't wash the windows, vacuum, or clean the inside. I expressed my disdain. They picked it up to tint it and "detailed" it again. The inside was vacuumed this go around; however, debris from it being a new vehicle (carpet rubbings, plastic on door handles, etc.) and prints from other testers was left as is. Wow! I'm sure they put the tint on dirty windows. I suppose to get four details out of the deal. This is horrible! And the tint on the brow has bubbles. That's unacceptable. brought vehicle in 4 times in 2 months. Original problem was DEF system error. Was also told at dealership that timing chain was loose. Replaced entire engine and DEF system. Drove truck home and it overheated. They sent tow truck to pick it up and determined a seal had been cracked when putting in new engine. Drove truck home and emission sensor warning appeared. returned it to dealer. picked it up and drove it home. The next day the same original error, "DEF System Error" appeared. I have spent over $20,000 repairing the vehicle over the last 2 months and have not been able to drive it for more than 5 days in 2 months. I am upset that the dealership has only 1 diesel mechanic but I understand that it is difficult to find good workers. The staff have been very kind and as helpful as can be expected. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but I felt that I had to regarding this matter. I contacted the service department on Friday (10/11) to schedule a changing of my tires on my vehicle and was told that someone would call me back. I waited over an hour for someone to reach back out and no one did. So, I called back and was transferred to Nicole. She wasn't available but she did call me right back. Here is where it got interesting. I told her the service I needed, and she proceeded to give me the price of the factory tire that I have on my vehicle. I asked her did I have any other options for tires. She responded by saying "No, this is the only tire that is in my system that fits your vehicle." I told her that I had looked on the my GMC app and saw that I had options, she was like thats the app not here. I asked her if they could be ordered and with alot of attitude she was like no we can't order those this is the only tire for your vehicle. So then I told her that I had spoken to someone in the parts department a while back and they had given me options. She replied to me very rudely and and said I would be more than happy to transfer you to "___" in the service department. I can't remember the guys name she called. I was transferred to a lady in the parts department and she ordered me tires that would be appropriate for my budget. Now she was extremely helpful. I will say this, Nicole almost made me choose a different dealership to service my vehicle. I didn't buy my vehicle from All-Star but I chose them to service my vehicle because they were the closest to me. After, the way I was talked to on the phone I almost said forget about it being close and drive wherever I needed to go to get my vehicle fixed. The lady who I spoke to in the parts department made me change my mind. If Nicole would have simply said I can check with our parts department or transfer you there I wouldn't be writing this review. Instead, she chose to argue with my and treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. read more

Unfortunately I wasn't able to complete a deal for a used truck but they were completely up front and honest about trade in! Antonio Hernandez is an excellent salesman who was straightforward and very easy to work with! read more

FYI: Allstar Buick GMC Truck Inc. parts/service will do you extremely wrong and not even try to correct their mistakes. We went in and bought some new tires that we really didn't even NEED. They were supposedly going to put them themselves but unknowingly to me subcontracted the job out to Gunter tire. That was a month and a half ago. We have been up there countless times over the past month and a half because: -Our rims were scratched -Our old tires were damaged beyond use so we cannot sell them -Our new tire was shredded from the inside and losing air -Our tire sensor was damaged -The rim spacer was lost -One of my rims was cracked Totaling almost $1500 in damages. Upper Management/Owner is just as bad as employees, and pretty much accused me of just trying to get something for free after I just gave them $1400 and just want them to do the right thing and fix what they broke. There's nothing left I can do now besides blast them on here for their malpractice and warn all of y'all not to do business with them because they blatantly lie, do damage to your vehicle and do not take care of their customers. We will now do all of our business with Southern Tire Mart , who graciously helped us out when it wasn't their mistake or responsibility to do so read more

I had no intentions of driving off the lot with a vehicle that day I was just there to look. But Jared's no nonsense approach to car sales was helpful and refreshing. There were no hassles or run around or haggling. I found a car I liked - he didn't mislead me on price or trade in. It was all done in a few hours with a vehicle I love. I'll definitely return and ask for him again!! read more

Be Cautious Dealing with this Dealership. First let me say some good things, the dealership is clean, the salesperson (Nick) who I worked with was nice and I walked away with a nice car. With all that said, my issue is transparency with them. I knew that I wanted a Buick Encore, and I knew, having had one previously (up until 2017), knew the reliability of the vehicle. So, I knew what I wanted. I have worked from home for 10 years so all of the little added extras I knew I didn't need because I really don't drive that often but really wanted to have a more reliable vehicle as the last car I intended to purchase. During the discussion with Nick about the car, as we went through what it would come with, it was never mentioned that this base model didn't come with a remote starter. I live in Wisconsin, so having a remote starter is pretty important. The dealership set up both my MyBuick app and Onstar and I asked my salesperson, during that setup if I would be able to remote start the car from my phone and was told yep, so I downloaded the app, signed the papers and away I went. A few days later, I was online to complete my setup on the Onstar app and noticed there wasn't any remote start option and having had a Encore previously I knew something didn't look right. So, after speaking with Onstar they made it very clear that my brand new over $20K vehicle, in fact, did not come with a remote start. So, I did what anyone else would do and that was contact my salesperson. I explained what Onstar said versus what I got and as I told him, miscommunication, whether intentional or unintentional is still miscommunication. He tried to explain it away and make excuses for what was said etc. He said he would have to talk with Jake the manager on Monday when they opened. So, I sent Jake an email on Sunday and then left him a voicemail today and he called me back and this is where it got interesting. He said he spoke with Nick and that I declined a "cold weather" package which I was never told about. It was never mentioned to me at all. He said he would not even cover the cost of having a remote starter installed. I'm 62 and have had good experiences with dealerships and can honestly say this is the 1st time I have been left with a feeling of being left down and not given complete and total transparency. Jake basically took his salespersons word over mine, which I guess is to be expected, but I am not a liar nor am I a thief. What I expect is total honesty and full and clear transparency when dealing with any company . Again, whether it was intentional or unintentional not providing me with all the information about the remote starter and confirming that I would be able to remote start with the Onstar app was misleading. To say I have buyer's remorse is an understatement. I like my car, would I have purchased it knowing it didn't come with a remote starter, absolutely not! So, I am writing this review as a buyer beware for this dealership in hopes that no one will ever have to go through what I have gone through. Had Jake not treated me so matter of factly, and at the very least tried to meet me half-way on this I wouldn't be doing this negative review. But to be made to feel like you are a liar, or someone who is trying to get over on this dealership, is not the way to make any customer feel. They say a woman should never go to a car dealership alone, guess I should have had my husband with me, and things would have been different. I feel like once I drove off that lot, they could care less if I was a loyal customer or not and I will never be again, at least not at this dealership. I would never purchase a car from them ever again. Buyers Beware!! read more
