Service after the sale is not good. We have had to question the charges almost every time we have the truck serviced. Remember the extended warranty doesn't cover everything. They would find something that wasn't covered every time. So that being said the truck was brought in for air conditioner. My husband got there at 2pm. The air conditioner WAS working and it would stop after awhile. During the process something happen to the machine they claim a filter had to be changed. Four hours later no air condition at all. They broke the air conditioner. So now they want to charge me $2400 for something they finished off. How do I know if whatever needs to be fixed that they broke it. I have bought several new vehicles and this company has been by far the worse to deal with. Buyers beware do your research. Get everything in writing. Stay away from extended warranties it is money in their pockets I was told from manager.

I end up paying for repair. next day break down again. turn out they have a non license mechanic repair my go kart. Open my go kart beyond repair without asking my permission on what the cost of repair is. they end up could not fix it. sent it to some ATV repair place. sit there for months! turn out. i found out this crook dealership is not even license to sell ATV!!! HE is a used car dealer. My advice to everyone that buy a car from this place. Walk away don't buy anything from these people. but don't take my word for it.

My wife and I went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle. We had done much of our research…read moreonline and narrowed it down to two different vehicles, one of which was at this dealership. All we wanted to do was test drive it to get a feel for it before going to test drive the other choice. The dealer was unfriendly and condescending. I've purchased many cars in my lifetime and did not appreciate the talking down (as if I was 16 and being lectured) I received from this dealership. I know my way around the car buying experience, and this was the worst I have ever had. Also, this dealership has the backwards practice of making you hand over all of your drivers information (license, registration, insurance) before letting you JUST test drive the vehicle, and makes you have your current car appraised before test driving. This dealership is very poorly managed and needs to think about how it treats its customers. No matter how much I liked the car, the salesman gave me an experience that made me not want to do business with them.
