I was given a ETA time of 8:10-8:40, I was contacted by a completely different number from same company around 9:07 and they said they had just received my claim and was dispatched out. my car did not get picked up until 9:20. i waited for four hours at that point and was not even offered a partial refund or anything for this extreme inconvenience. the woman who did reach out and explain was at least nice and understanding. i would like to add make sure everything is taken out of your car because I had a pair of beats stolen :)

We always referred them for jobs we couldn't get to and certainly for all heavy duty. We only had medium duty trucks. My dad died and pit stop closed. Stopped. Put it in park. Breath. Dep Brest. Call 911. HELPPPPP!!!!!!! Body shaking. Fear rising. Louisiana states finest. On its way. Tire tool wrong size. Can't change the tire. Tow truck on way. Still shaking. Towed to the nastiest motel the baymont in Lafayette. Homeless haven. Check in. That was my night. The next morning. I called the hero's. Sweet man didn't mind my Cali gen at 7 am. Said they would get some one out with in the hour. And they did. The sweetest cutest young man by the name of Chance came to my rescue. He was up and under my truck seeing if he could get the spare down No such luck. But he brought me a tire. And watching him work with such professionalism and speed. Reminded me of my dad. Who weed tires. His hands were the hands of a hard working man. His entire deamor and manner was charm polite kind and empathetic. He gave me his card and said if I ever needed help no matter the time or day. To call. They would come to me. No matter where I was in the area. I felt as if I was finally safe and it reminded me of the service calls I used to go out on with my dad. And as a 60 year old female. That memory was worth the wait. Thank you. My sister recommended this company and they quoted me $65 for all in town towing. Fantastic!! He showed up within twenty minutes! Even better! He was so thoughtful and insisted on pushing my vehicle out to the road (by hand) before loading it avoiding any damages to my yard. Super plus move! He then happily offered me a ride to the Automotive Repair shop and was very friendly and could tell was passionate about his job! Humble guy who's been driving for over eight years in total and was extremely careful and comfortable at the wheel. I HIGHLY recommend this company! I won't be using anyone else for a tow again, I've found my company!

Horrible service! Vehicle was stolen, sat in their tow yard for 5 months before they filed for the…read moretitle to sell it. They knew what they were doing! If it wasn't bad enough, it got stolen once and they were trying to steal it the second time! On pickup of our vehicle they charged us $1600. I get we owe them for a tow from where they picked it up, but it didn't cost them anything by having it sit there. No compassion for the person being victimized! And let the man who stole the truck come back and get all his belongings out of the truck. I wish they knew how it felt to have this done to them the way the did us.
