Pauline is so friendly and welcoming, and we had such great conversation throughout my appointment--honestly made the time fly by. They offered a variety of drinks, and as a holiday treat, they even had the yummiest fresh egg rolls, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. I got a full set of silk nails, and it was the best decision ever--my nails look absolutely amazing! They exceeded my expectations in every way: they look so natural, feel incredibly light, and are the perfect length and size. Pauline has definitely gained a returning customer.
