He spent a lot of time helping me decide what would work with my space and explaining electric in an older building. He sent his quote quickly. And I was all ready to hire him. But I never heard from him again. I left numerous messages but no response. I kept hoping that he was ok and nothing serious happened. But to this day I'm still unsure. I hope he is well. If so, I would recommend him. Although, I didn't have the opportunity to see his work. I'm confident that he would have done a great job. I took away one star only because I don't know the quality of his work. I didn't want to take away stars and ruin his rating. I thought that would be fair.

I called Mr. Saunders and he came over to look at what I had and gave me an estimate. I had a few questions and a few ideas. He answered all and gave me some helpful information. My impression was that this was a trustworthy person who knows what he's doing. I let the project sit for a long while but when I was ready I called him back and set up an appointment. He came on time with everything he needed, did the work quickly and did it well. He left no mess, did a very professional job and gave me helpful and professional advice and information. I cannot comment on the price tag but it didn't seem excessive and all electrical work is expensive these days. Overall a very good job done by a licensed experienced electrician.

I was nervous about the sheetrock/ceiling damage that might be required and assumed they would use conduit in the garage. To my great surprise they were able to install all the wiring inside the walls, with no conduit needed and minimal cutting of sheetrock, which they patched. I couldn't be happier with the job they did, exceeded my expectations and it was done at a very reasonable price as I had several quotes for the job. Would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends.

DO NOT pay this man any money up front. He came to my home to give me a quote to run an electrical…read moreline from the basement to the attic to supply electricity to an OUTLET. He said the job would take 5 hours and he would have to break the wall in my dining room to run the line which would cost $1350 plus an initial $175 consultation fee and said 1/2 the funds were due upfront so I paid him $700. Upon consultation, he noted there was an electrical box already sitting 2ft from the outlet and said if I can run a line from this box to the outlet I will only charge $175 consultation fee since there's not much work involved. He returned with a worker and was able to connect to the box next to the outlet, it took him a little over an hour to TRACE the line from the basement to the box, without have to break walls and run a hard line from the basement. He then charged me $905 and ended up requesting an I became upset. This is not what he promise. I asked him for a breakdown of what he's charging for, he said he charges for a minimum of 2.5 hours plus he needed an extra man (which he also charged for) for the job so the work was shared and both of them had to be paid and he's charging for materials?!?? There were no materials involved except that he relaxed the sockets. I did not pay him the extra $205 because to run a simple electrical line from a nearby box to an outlet does not cost $700! DO NOT pay the contractors any monies upfront. If they are legit and have a business, they should have the funds to cover the job and collect after the work is finished.

That first contact in their facility was not very professional, the office was disorganized and it felt like a reunion of good old boys, whose humor doesn't really resonate with everyone, rather than a professional place for business. But all of that was erased and the some, by the flexibility, professional follow-through, attention to details, timely drop off and pick up of materials, respect for my property from the delivery guys, and perks that they threw in the deal along the way. I have nothing against Home Depot, but in this case, I'm really glad I went with Abbe which turned out to be more flexible, more accommodating, at a very comparable price.

When he returned to do the repair, he brought a young man with him who was so very polite and respectful I now have a new electrician. They came, they were as neat as possible, tarps and they took their shoes off before the stepped in my house, that is respectful. It's very good to have a good local company like Right One in the neighborhood. They may be a little more expensive, but you're paying for quality, professionalism, a straight answer, and no added fluff or unnecessary additions. When he arrived, his attitude was extremely poor and unfriendly. Despite the prior request, he did not remove his shoes. When we politely reminded him, he sighed and left the house without informing anyone. The job was never completed. Throughout the interaction, we were polite and courteous, and there was no justification for his behavior. This was highly unprofessional, and I would not recommend his services.
