Kevin and his team were fantastic at a gutter install job we hired them for on our new home…read more We reached out for a free estimate after seeing an ad in Spectrum, and Kevin was quick to respond and schedule a time to come to the house to walk around with my husband to estimate the job, and do a full and thorough estimate of our home, with a final quote received the next day. When we had a few remaining questions, Kevin was kind enough to come out to the house again to walk around and answer our final questions and concerns. As first time homeowners, I appreciated that he was patient in answering our questions and explaining options. I was blown away with his responsiveness and willingness to help us throughout the process - a true professional! Install day went well, Kevin came to oversee his team and returned the next day to inspect their work before collecting payment (impressed again). He even made 1 quick change himself that day that the team had missed. Overall, we were very pleased working with Kevin and his team and the process was painless, the cost was very fair, and the team worked well and cleaned up before departing. Highly recommend Kevin and his team for your gutter needs!

Jason (the owner) send a guy to my house to prepare an estimate. He had come recommended by a…read morefriend of my wife, so I was really happy to have someone by referral. I had asked him to let me know when his estimator would come. After a couple of emails asking when he would give me a job estimate, his man just showed up. No problem... he showed up. A few days later, I received an estimate with an email that said that if he needed to negotiate to get the job, he would. Since I had an estimate prepared by another contractor who had done my previous gutter work (I wasn't happy with their original work, but I wanted to give them a chance to correct their work). So, I sent Jason the previous estimate and told him I realized that the quote wasn't exactly the same work, but it was a starting point to discussion. He said he wanted to come see the job himself. After a couple of emails and a couple of voicemails to him, he never came by or responded. I understood and expressed that I was aware it wouldn't be the same quite and that the original estimate wasn't clear of the materials, but let's move forward. Nothing, nada, no response. If this is how he handles an estimate- the easy part, then I guess I am glad he didn't do the job. I realize that having work done during the pandemic is not easy and in high demand, but wouldn't it have been easier and more professional to have a dialogue rather than leaving a bad reputation? Really a shame.

I got quotes from three other gutter companies before choosing Skyline. I can definitively say that…read moreSkyline's communication, process, and follow-through were by far the best. The owner, Dan, was more responsive than most contractors I've worked with in my life. He didn't use hard sales tactics to pressure us into making a decision on the spot like the other companies that send out sales guys only concerned with hitting their quota. Still, he came out to the property right away and always responded quickly to our questions. It was clear he was a trustworthy and knowledgeable guy. He helped us come up with an option that would complement our house's architectural style. Normally, gutters are an eyesore or fade into the background at best, but these ones actually enhance our curb appeal. The price was fair for the options we selected and great for the service we received. Can't recommend them enough. *This is an honest review written without incentives. Some of these other sales guys promised discounts for writing reviews, but Skyline runs an honest business.*

I must have spent two months interviewing different contractors before going with R&J. From the start to completion, the price I was quoted was the price I paid. Even through the pandemic. Along the way I was given many suggestions on how to improve my design and each recommendation I was given I went with and couldn't have been more pleased with the result. One of the most important things I want in any contractor is communication. Every text or call I made was promptly answered. This was a huge plus for me. Especially having never built a project of this scale. Btw, my project was a 26x40 3 car garage with a second level. So it was no small project. There are pictures on their faceboopage of my build and the outcome speaks for itself as to the quality and final result. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to build. I already know that going forward, this is the company I am going with.
