The add clearly said the car was in great condition and for the price off 3000$ it would come inspected and with a 20 day plate . I called the man/owner (maybe ?) And asked him about the car and he told me the car was really nice and that I should come take a look at it . So I drove over 45 mins away to see this car. Looking at the add and the price of the car I expected it not to be the best looking car but when I got there it was bad . The whole side of the car had ben side swiped but for the price maybe I would have dealt with this .after further inspection it had a lot of problems. The exhaust on the car was jimmy rigged together with cheap clamps and it was load. the car was idling very high and all the tires were bald . When I asked the sales man about these thing he told me it was a great car just needs tire and if I wanted for and extra 500$ he would replace them . Then I asked him how it would pass inspection like that and he told me that the price of the car was 3500 if I wanted it to come with 20 day plates or pass inspection. The add clearly say for 3000 it came with a plate and inspection . I just don't understand why car dealers have to be so shady. Why not just tell people the problems the car has so they don't waste there time and why post false advertisement. After weeks working with the dealer, on bad part after bad part, engine lights coming on, and service lights coming on. The dealer said it was fixed, and everything should be good to go. The next day the engine blew on the truck. Talked to the owner (Derek) about the issue, and he said he would look into it and call me back. Asked if I had bought the warranty, "which was never offered to me when I bought the truck.." Been 2 weeks now, he never has call back. Called there several times and no one answers now... One of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a used car dealer..

Jim & John run a tight ship, great customer service, friendly and what I rarely see TRUSTWORTHY. Car drives well after an axle repair. About John, every networked, can obtain parts with a 3 year 36K warranty to be shipped in right away (next day). He provides a warranty through TechNet so if I am far away and the part would fail, I can still get the part covered within the warranty period by Technet. Garage is clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, well lit, secure just down the street from the Police Station! What a great relief to have such excellent customer service at a FAIR price. "SUPER CLEAN!", etc. i show up, the vehicle is parked under a tree, dirty with fallen leaves all over it (covering a speckled hood down to metal) and other defects. salesman SEEMS like an awesome guy.... tells me nothings wrong with the vehicle, points out a "no big deal" flaw on the bumper that actually is a big deal if it were to be replaced. i bought the vehicle, and regret it. this was a year ago when NH still required state inspections, which scares me as to what used car dealers will sell now that stickers aren't required the sticker came from a place down the street, and the vehicle absolutely should have passed state inspection. three months later on my bday i have to renew the sticker, find out the car needs $2,000+ in repairs. just an absolute nightmare, overpriced even by "wholesale" standards. avoid this place

I brought it to my mechanic and it only needed a couple of items for inspection, not bad at all! It was a cheap fix! I am proud to say, as I type this out, 15 months later, the vehicle is on the road still and runs like a top! I absolutely fell in love with my vehicle I purchased from these folks. I put new tires on, about 5 months ago, new pads all the way around, all routine maintenance items. The engine is solid, transmission is solid, no rough idling, nothing. I change the oil every few months, no complaints here! I can't say I would take these chances again, by buying another one. But the one I bought from them, I absolutely love!

I was in high school at the time and my dad was with me, but we put the deposit down on the car and they kept it to "inspect" for an additional day to make sure everything was running smooth. Within WEEKS my car needed THOUSANDS of dollars in work on nearly everything. Ot literally started making the worst noises. You name it, we had to fix it. It was not up to inspection code and not drive able for several weeks. We paid about five times in maintenance fees of what we had spent on the car (3k). That car was absolutely nothing but issues, and for a Toyota with about 120k miles, it should have lasted YEARS. Only was able to keep it for 6 years total before it completely died. I would never advise anyone to work with this business. And yes, we did contact them about this and they continued to lie and had nothing to resolve the problem. SHAME ON YOU. I'm SHOCKED this business is still open!! RUN. AWAY.

Update: So I ended up purchasing the truck but haven't driven it much ~200mi, as I've been removing…read moresalt, oxidation and surface rust from the underside of the body and chassis. While applying FluidFilm noticed rear pinion seal was leaking (missed this during my initial inspection) so I checked the fluid level. It was down 1/2 quart. Checked front differential and it was 1/2 to 1qt low as well. The vehicle was sold "as is" but I can see the passenger front caliper was replaced so why wouldn't their on site mechanic have taken care of these minor issues.

Now that we found Autoshop Services, we will never go to anyone else. Having a German car that I know nothing about, he explained and printed out everything I needed to know about the issues that were occurring. He was more than capable of fixing it but because it was an electrical issue that had a recall, and rather than having us pay for the repair, he referred us to the dealership. Since then, we have been back for my husband's car and again, he was very thorough, explained the issue and was able to properly fix the issue.
