This guy is a rip off buyer beware !!! I was looking at an add posted they had posted for a car I…read morewas interested in . The add clearly said the car was in great condition and for the price off 3000$ it would come inspected and with a 20 day plate . I called the man/owner (maybe ?) And asked him about the car and he told me the car was really nice and that I should come take a look at it . So I drove over 45 mins away to see this car. Looking at the add and the price of the car I expected it not to be the best looking car but when I got there it was bad . The whole side of the car had ben side swiped but for the price maybe I would have dealt with this .after further inspection it had a lot of problems. The exhaust on the car was jimmy rigged together with cheap clamps and it was load. the car was idling very high and all the tires were bald . When I asked the sales man about these thing he told me it was a great car just needs tire and if I wanted for and extra 500$ he would replace them . Then I asked him how it would pass inspection like that and he told me that the price of the car was 3500 if I wanted it to come with 20 day plates or pass inspection. The add clearly say for 3000 it came with a plate and inspection . I just don't understand why car dealers have to be so shady. Why not just tell people the problems the car has so they don't waste there time and why post false advertisement. It not right and I just wouldn't want someone who doesn't know a lot about cars get ripped off by this guy . Ps they changed the name of the dealership it's called premium auto house now

Buyer Beware!!!!…read more Bought a F250 from them. According to the salesman, the truck had one issue with it, that they would fix, but besides that the truck was solid. After weeks working with the dealer, on bad part after bad part, engine lights coming on, and service lights coming on. The dealer said it was fixed, and everything should be good to go. The next day the engine blew on the truck. Talked to the owner (Derek) about the issue, and he said he would look into it and call me back. Asked if I had bought the warranty, "which was never offered to me when I bought the truck.." Been 2 weeks now, he never has call back. Called there several times and no one answers now... One of the worst experiences that I have ever had with a used car dealer..

"SUPER CLEAN!", etc. i show up, the vehicle is parked under a tree, dirty with fallen leaves all over it (covering a speckled hood down to metal) and other defects. salesman SEEMS like an awesome guy.... tells me nothings wrong with the vehicle, points out a "no big deal" flaw on the bumper that actually is a big deal if it were to be replaced. i bought the vehicle, and regret it. this was a year ago when NH still required state inspections, which scares me as to what used car dealers will sell now that stickers aren't required the sticker came from a place down the street, and the vehicle absolutely should have passed state inspection. three months later on my bday i have to renew the sticker, find out the car needs $2,000+ in repairs. just an absolute nightmare, overpriced even by "wholesale" standards. avoid this place

Actually didn't think it looked bad at all for the price, seemed quite nice and underpriced. Never had a dealer discourage a personal inspection before that wasn't trying to conceal something! (Hopefully, he was just aware of something he didn't disclose and was ultimately doing me a favor. )

Don't go expecting them to do your job as a buyer, understand what you're buying and what typically goes bad. Understand that you're buying a used car and they're very professional. I recently purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback for $13,000, I expressed concern to some of the shaking I got when turning and was told buy sales and service it was from the brake pads sitting and the more I drive it would go away, fast forward a few days the shaking is getting noticeably worse and also started hearing a grinding noise. I looked up Derry mechanics and called the first one with great reviews. Never been there, totally unbiased. The mechanic immediately told me they have a reputation for selling faulty/ unsafe cars to the public and not honoring their warranty and he deals with their customers all the time. He looked at my car and found the heat shield fastened on with TWIST TIED COAT HANGERS (see pictures below) the heat shield was hanging off causing the grinding. This is how they fix their $13,000 cars, same as a $300 civic...The shaking had not yet been determined, I had a feeling it was the tires as they were mismatched and 1 had a slow leak, but wasn't certain. I go down without an appointment to make SURE I speak to someone (after being told if I call they will not get back to me/ get the car in until you've driven 1,000+ miles, voiding your warranty) and after showing them pictures of the coat hanger on my car they told me to bring it in the following week. I had to spend $200 to rent a car for 2 days for them to change 2 tires...said they did an alignment too but clearly did not. He also didn't even replace the right tires, he replaced the front tires but not the one with a leak in the back The mechanic told me with great confidence that he test drove it and the shaking was GONE. The very next time I drove it not only was the shaking still there, but it got much worse and started making a loud humming noise. Come to find out 2 of the bearings are bad as well. And on top of all that, a week later it sprung a MASSIVE oil leak (picture also attached below). Instead of having to spend money on a rental car again and wait another week for them to still not fix the problem, I decided to go with a COMPETENT mechanic and never have to deal with these shady people again. It's worth noting I also had my fathers mechanic (also a trusted Derry mechanic) take a look and he had the same warnings for me about windham auto and even went as far as not wanting to work on the car because "they are extremely vindictive and I don't need them vandalizing my shop for exposing their wrongdoings". When bringing my car back the the dealer I told them I had been warned by multiple mechanics in the area that their cars were unsafe. To which they responded "Let me guess it was ______ wasn't it?" Naming yet a THIRD mechanic shop that has warned people to stay away from them in the Derry area. I then called this 3rd shop and as expected they told me the same thing. This just goes to show that they have a notorious reputation in the community for being shady, unethical and putting you/ your family in a vehicle that they know is unsafe or unreliable. So I strongly urge you to learn from my experience and the countless others who have reviewed here for being scammed by these people. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WINDHAM AUTO SHMUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
