Lolo is a kind man. Great service. brought me home and picked me up when my truck was done. Great price for the work done. My truck is running great. Definitely going back!! read more

I've used Lolo's off and on since he was up on 28. He's a solid mechanic, and hilarious to talk to. I know I'm the gringo, and everything will be Juan MEEEElion Dollars. He's never done me wrong. Now he's much busier, and he's got staff. I'm still happy to support the local little guy. read more

On Saturday July 6th was visiting from out of state near Derry and my brakes started to fail. Brake pedal goes to floor. Oh no! I stop at my friends and call Lolo as they had good reviews. Drop-off the car around 3pm and get a call back at 4.30pm - stuck caliper, rear brakes need replacing - pads, rotors and bleed the line. They close at 5pm so I'm imagining it's a pickup Monday but they say they are staying late to fix it. I get a call around 6.45pm that it's all set and pick it up at 7pm. They stayed 2 hours late on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Life saver! Great service and at a reasonable price. read more

Spoke with Josh to get quote on winter tire swap. Explained tires are already on the rims and needed no further balancing, etc. He quoted me $25 for a rotation, which confirmed with VIP is industry standard...they are simply taking tires off and putting summer tires back on. His boss (not sure if owner), stated he wanted more for the swap and tried to charge me $45 indicating that they do more than a rotation, but couldn't tell me what exactly. While they honored the $25, it wasn't without a struggle and argument on who said what when. I cancelled my other car tire swap out and made my appointment with VIP. Never going back. read more

Stopped by to have a new inspection. Sticker on my car. They said I needed rear brakes which I knew they were bad with 100100 miles on them. So the following day they replaced the rear pads and rotors and cleaned the calipers. Awesome service, very friendly and great value for the work that done. Highly recommend Lolo's Garage. read more

I used love going here, Lolo is an awesome mechanic. But now some guy Steve is now there and you can no longer deal with Lolo, huge price increase & awful customer service, no answer to why something done a certain way & again can't talk to Lolo. Nothing compared to the past experiences which where great. **update Lolo is awesome, he has address the situation & handled it. I am happy with the way Lolo took care of it. And will continue to go there AND deal with HIM! read more

I highly recommend Lo Lo's to anyone looking for a great mechanic! Steve was a pleasure to deal with and took the time to explain everything required to fix my truck. Cost was very reasonable and I will be taking all my family's vehicles here in the future. read more

They took all day to put 4 new tires on my car. I dropped my car off at 10am and waited all day for them to call and tell me they were done....I had to call them 3 times and finally they said it was ready, I went there only to wait another 30 mins....rediculous! Got my car back and all my rims are scratched!! Not happy at all! read more

Been coming here for years now. First time I came here was because my car needed a water pump. Yes the first time I brought my car here it took a little longer to get the work done here. It took longer because LOLO's garage is a busy place. The work was done right and was done at a fair price. LOLO's price is a quarter of the price you will pay at a dealership. LOLO is very fair about inspection stickers, they do not fail you to drum up work. You go to a chain repair shops or dealership they will fail you to drum up work or sell you a new car. There are two things I learned when becoming an adult. Chain auto repair shops fail you false things. Number two, when your car is out of warranty the dealership will fail you in hopes you buy a new car. I have dealt with a lot of scum bag mechanics in my 20 years of driving, and LOLO is not a scum bag. LOLO treats his customers fairly and does good work at a fair price. read more

New to the area and was looking for a good honest place to take my car. So glad I found this place. Matthew was very nice and helpful.

Needed a jump start. Dude from some company I don't remember came and we got to talking. I ask him who he goes to and he said he goes to Lolo's. It is the only place I will go to. They are friendly, very fast, and the work is spot on. The prices are very competitive. The place has several people working there (so you don't have to worry about a one-person shop where no one ever answers the phone) and they are expanding, which is always a good sign. read more

Both Steve's went above and beyond to help me get my car done later in the evening. I went to them for convenience bc they were nearby my daughters gymnastics but I will continue to be a customer bc of how great they took care of me and my car! Steve even drove it over to the gym after he was done so I didn't have to walk back over with my daughter. Highly recommend these guys!! read more

Got my inspection done . Very professional and timely . Friendly people . Steve and Moses were very professional . Steve explained everything in detail and made recommendations for new tires that was much appreciated . Cost was also reasonable . But it's their honesty that is priceless . Can't put a cost on that ! This is the second time I have been here and this will be my go to place . read more

Took my car in here for the first time this week based of many recommendations. Very pleased with the service and price you get from these guys. Brought in for the front end but after there multi point inspection they do at no charge I decided to throw in a few more things. They were very appreciative and not pushy what so ever. Great guys who i will be using for any future repairs. read more

I have gone to Lolo's on several occasions for inspections and minor diagnostics and repair work. They are extremely fair and honest. Lolo is a straight shooter and is in it for the long haul. He is not looking to make a quick buck, rather he is looking for happy customers. I will be taking my business to him in the future. read more

Lolo's garage gave us excellent service. We were 2 stranded ladies from Maine with a car that started sometimes. They diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes, fixed it right away and charged us a more than reasonable amount!!! Kudos to Lolo's Garage. We highly recommend them! God bless you guys and your shop!!! read more

If I could've I would've given ZERO STARS. Went for inspection, left with a laundry list of things to fix, including something that was not even broken. They just wanted more money. Went past their 10 day period, which some other places will give 30 days, and now they want an extra 20$ for the f**$ing sticker?!?! Then when you get there, they charge you the full $40 again!!!! Bunch of bas+&rds!!!! You think being a service station they would know the difficulty with finding parts right now, and then to do all the work yourself because they want to beyond overcharge in labor costs, when they probably have their fingers up their a$$ half the time. Smoke another one Lolo's!!! My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this so called "business". Business of ripping people off!!!! read more

Best garage I've been to. I was worried because I'm a single woman who knows very little about cars, but they explained everything thoroughly and even provided a full vehicle report with photos of each area of concern. The work was done much faster than I anticipated and the price was fair. Will definitely be back in the future! read more

Incredible. That's all I can say. You will not get concierge service with Loaner cars, leather seats in a waiting area, with cappacinos, and 80" flat screens. You won't get a person greeting you when you pull into a covered garage, putting paper mats down and plastic bags on your seats. What you will get is super amazing deals on your service, and they will do the work fast, and as promised. Their rates are very low, and their work is spot-on. I even brought my own parts and they put in my A/C Compressor. They were 2-3 times cheaper than anyone else around. They did the work in less than 1/2 a day!! The owner is funny, and will take care of you. I can't say enough. Swich to Lolo's. You won't regret it. I will, and am going to be a customer for life. Thanks, Lolo's !!! read more

I was traveling thru away from my regular mechanic and I stopped in because my car was making a clunking noise. I received an estimate that was very high on a bunch of work I was not expecting. I couldn't afford the $$$$$$ so I limped the car back home to my regular mechanic that I've used for 20 years for a second opinion. I was told the estimate was triple billed for labor on jobs that were redundant. Also the repairs lolo recommended were not due for another 60,000 miles and were on a non-interference engine (meaning even if the parts lolo wanted to replace failed, it wouldn't have caused major damage to my engine) - Overall, based upon what my mechanic told me and billed me I would rate this place SHADY.... read more

I have MANY years of experience working in this kind of shop and I have to say that Lolo IS the most reasonable shop that I have ever been too. He will do as much work to your car as you want or as little as needed to fix it at the best price that you'll get anywhere. Lolo himself is a very rational person that just loves to be in a garage himself. He is both kind and caring. I will definitely be a return customer! read more

I had brake issues with my truck out of no where and Lolo's were able to get me in the following day. They texted me a quote for the work that needed to be done, I gave the go ahead and they had it done later that day. Their prices are totally reasonable, they do quality work and they couldn't have been nicer people. I'm really happy I went with them and will definitely be going back! read more

Friendly and fair garage, Always fits me in when there is a problem offered to give me a lift instead of having to way for my car to get fix. Last time they suggested I get a new car instead of spending the money on fixing my junk. Most garages would have pocketed the money and waited for it to break down again. I recommend them to anyone who needs a decent mechanic that they can trust. read more

Lolo is the most honest and fair mechanic I've ever met. I'm a single mother who always gets taken advantage of by mechanics. My car broke down at 7pm on a Saturday night and Lolo took care of me. Then a week or so later my car wouldn't start for a different reason and he sent his tow truck and fixed my car again with a very fair price. I will never go to another mechanic. He's "my guy" now. read more

Needed my brakes repaired and replaced. Was recommended to Lolo's by a friend and was very pleased with the service. The price was very reasonable and they were prompt with the repairs. Lolo's a great guy and very honest - I appreciate that. Have used them a few times since then and always good work. read more

I don't normally write reviews but I feel very grateful for the great service I got from Lolo's. A Toyota dealership recently told me I had a leaking oil pan after a routine oil change. I called about a half-dozen garages and Lolo's was about $100 cheaper than the next low bid. I was a fresh-faced stranger ready to throw several hundred dollars at the problem - and then I was told to keep my money. The mechanic hoisted my car up on the lift, walked me under the car and pointed to the damaged oil pan, which was in fine enough shape where it really didn't need to be replaced. The mechanic tightened the bolts on the oil pan, gave the car a thorough look over, and then waved goodbye telling me to spend my money on real problems. He might have spent 30 minutes on my car. No charge. First-class, straight-shooting, honest professionals. A real treat to work with. read more

Lolo's Garage is amazing they provide incredible service and I will never go to another mechanic. Lolo is such a great guy hes knowledgeable and funny I felt at ease when I had to bring my car in. Not only does he provide amazing service but he truly cares about his clients and offers amazing deals. Thank you Lolo for being such an awesome mechanic. I will be bringing my car shortly for work to be done. read more

Friendly, quality service. Fair pricing. Getting your car fixed at a Garage is all about trust. I trust Lolo's Garage.

Went to Lolo's several times for various car issues. Have an oil leak in my car that they "took care of" but which still leaks. Then sent my teenage son there to get his car inspected. Lolo's told him it needed more than $800 in repair work to have it pass inspection and gave him a written estimate (I believe it was the owner's son who did this). Went elsewhere, was charged $45.00 total for a headlight and inspection and the car is now on the road. Shame on you, Lolo, for trying to take advantage of an inexperienced driver. Won't be sending any further business to you. read more

I have been there 3x since my first time there. Their service is WONDERFUL! If your car is dead he will come to you and take care of you. He has one quirk..He talks about the gringos. It is a meant in a humorous way and people laugh it off. He says the gringos do not like to work and how hard mexicans work etc. The gringos want to know when they have days off etc and mexicans are there 24/7. He has mentioned this a few times. Last time I was there a white young man asked for a job and LoLo hired him on the spot saying he would teach him things and come on in the back. first thing the young man did was tell him he was not prepared to work that day as he had to care for his baby daughter. i cringed. i guess bc of political environment and people pointing out race left and right, my skin has worn thin, This is the ONLY negative thing about LoLos. It is worth saving a lot of money if you can put on your big boy/girl pants to overlook racist humor that may surface. read more

My boyfriend brought his new car in for inspection and he was told he needed it fixed or it wouldn't pass. Then when he left his car sounded like something was wrong with it when it didn't sound like that before. He also was never given a rejection sticker to prove he tried to have it inspected. Sounds pretty shady to me. He was also made to sit and wait for over an hour when there was barely anyone there and the owner kept referring to him as "gringo". I find that to be a bit racist. I will never refer anyone there read more
