On Saturday July 6th was visiting from out of state near Derry and my brakes started to fail. Brake pedal goes to floor. Oh no! I stop at my friends and call Lolo as they had good reviews. Drop-off the car around 3pm and get a call back at 4.30pm - stuck caliper, rear brakes need replacing - pads, rotors and bleed the line. They close at 5pm so I'm imagining it's a pickup Monday but they say they are staying late to fix it. I get a call around 6.45pm that it's all set and pick it up at 7pm. They stayed 2 hours late on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Life saver! Great service and at a reasonable price. read more

Spoke with Josh to get quote on winter tire swap. Explained tires are already on the rims and needed no further balancing, etc. He quoted me $25 for a rotation, which confirmed with VIP is industry standard...they are simply taking tires off and putting summer tires back on. His boss (not sure if owner), stated he wanted more for the swap and tried to charge me $45 indicating that they do more than a rotation, but couldn't tell me what exactly. While they honored the $25, it wasn't without a struggle and argument on who said what when. I cancelled my other car tire swap out and made my appointment with VIP. Never going back. read more

Stopped by to have a new inspection. Sticker on my car. They said I needed rear brakes which I knew they were bad with 100100 miles on them. Been coming here for years now. First time I came here was because my car needed a water pump. Yes the first time I brought my car here it took a little longer to get the work done here. It took longer because LOLO's garage is a busy place. The work was done right and was done at a fair price. LOLO's price is a quarter of the price you will pay at a dealership. LOLO is very fair about inspection stickers, they do not fail you to drum up work. You go to a chain repair shops or dealership they will fail you to drum up work or sell you a new car. There are two things I learned when becoming an adult. Chain auto repair shops fail you false things. Number two, when your car is out of warranty the dealership will fail you in hopes you buy a new car. I have dealt with a lot of scum bag mechanics in my 20 years of driving, and LOLO is not a scum bag. LOLO treats his customers fairly and does good work at a fair price. read more

If I could've I would've given ZERO STARS. Went for inspection, left with a laundry list of things to fix, including something that was not even broken. They just wanted more money. Went past their 10 day period, which some other places will give 30 days, and now they want an extra 20$ for the f**$ing sticker?!?! Then when you get there, they charge you the full $40 again!!!! Bunch of bas+&rds!!!! You think being a service station they would know the difficulty with finding parts right now, and then to do all the work yourself because they want to beyond overcharge in labor costs, when they probably have their fingers up their a$$ half the time. Smoke another one Lolo's!!! My suggestion is to STAY AWAY from this so called "business". Business of ripping people off!!!! read more

Incredible. That's all I can say. You will not get concierge service with Loaner cars, leather seats in a waiting area, with cappacinos, and 80" flat screens. You won't get a person greeting you when you pull into a covered garage, putting paper mats down and plastic bags on your seats. What you will get is super amazing deals on your service, and they will do the work fast, and as promised. Their rates are very low, and their work is spot-on. I even brought my own parts and they put in my A/C Compressor. They were 2-3 times cheaper than anyone else around. They did the work in less than 1/2 a day!! I was traveling thru away from my regular mechanic and I stopped in because my car was making a clunking noise. I received an estimate that was very high on a bunch of work I was not expecting. I couldn't afford the $$$$$$ so I limped the car back home to my regular mechanic that I've used for 20 years for a second opinion. I was told the estimate was triple billed for labor on jobs that were redundant. I don't normally write reviews but I feel very grateful for the great service I got from Lolo's. A Toyota dealership recently told me I had a leaking oil pan after a routine oil change. I called about a half-dozen garages and Lolo's was about $100 cheaper than the next low bid. I was a fresh-faced stranger ready to throw several hundred dollars at the problem - and then I was told to keep my money. The mechanic hoisted my car up on the lift, walked me under the car and pointed to the damaged oil pan, which was in fine enough shape where it really didn't need to be replaced. The mechanic tightened the bolts on the oil pan, gave the car a thorough look over, and then waved goodbye telling me to spend my money on real problems. He might have spent 30 minutes on my car. No charge. First-class, straight-shooting, honest professionals. A real treat to work with. read more

Went to Lolo's several times for various car issues. Have an oil leak in my car that they "took care of" but which still leaks. Then sent my teenage son there to get his car inspected. Lolo's told him it needed more than $800 in repair work to have it pass inspection and gave him a written estimate (I believe it was the owner's son who did this). Went elsewhere, was charged $45.00 total for a headlight and inspection and the car is now on the road. Shame on you, Lolo, for trying to take advantage of an inexperienced driver. I have been there 3x since my first time there. Their service is WONDERFUL! If your car is dead he will come to you and take care of you. He has one quirk..He talks about the gringos. It is a meant in a humorous way and people laugh it off. He says the gringos do not like to work and how hard mexicans work etc. The gringos want to know when they have days off etc and mexicans are there 24/7. He has mentioned this a few times. Last time I was there a white young man asked for a job and LoLo hired him on the spot saying he would teach him things and come on in the back. first thing the young man did was tell him he was not prepared to work that day as he had to care for his baby daughter. i cringed. i guess bc of political environment and people pointing out race left and right, my skin has worn thin, This is the ONLY negative thing about LoLos. It is worth saving a lot of money if you can put on your big boy/girl pants to overlook racist humor that may surface. read more

My boyfriend brought his new car in for inspection and he was told he needed it fixed or it wouldn't pass. Then when he left his car sounded like something was wrong with it when it didn't sound like that before. He also was never given a rejection sticker to prove he tried to have it inspected. Sounds pretty shady to me. He was also made to sit and wait for over an hour when there was barely anyone there and the owner kept referring to him as "gringo". I find that to be a bit racist.
