Beware! Do not rent a self storgage unit from Derrels in Visalia. Not ususally one to write…read morereviews, I feel the need to let others know that my 'secured' unit was burglarized in Novemeber, 2012 of thousands of dollars of items, all while the managers were on duty. Derrel's do not have the security they present as having, and they will not pay on an insurance claim since they blame you, the consumer, rather than taking any responsibility. Tried to resolve this through the Group Manager, Joe, in Fresno, without success. The managers have also become very nasty since my robbery and police report. If you want to keep your belongings, rent at another facility, or lose all without compensation!

When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. I purchased it and they came in the morning as they said they would and were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. They have great customer service! I highly reccomend them.

I explained to him what our needs were and he was very accommodating with both pricing information and the understanding that we needed a clean storage container. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. They were awesome to work with and they delivered a really nice storage container in a timely manner at a great price. A perfect score... what else could you ask for?

When the police got there I told them about the old man jumping the brick wall but since there was no video it was my word against his, so I suspect it was an inside job and the big manager guy that was working there had something to do with it I'm sure they broke into my storage unit and took my stuff Don't trust this place

Al and Isaac are the best, I've went from a little unit to big and then to biggest and a a box. They have help move my storage 4 times. Always ready to do what they can to help. This is why this is the best storage place to rent to rent from. Security is great because they are on the grounds and have cameras to see who comes and goes. That makes me feel safe!

Al and Ben were so cute, Ben always helping his brother and customers without ever complaining. They would help you with a smile. I miss Al so much, and then when they hurt Ben and hit him for no reason at all, he should of pressed charges against Isaac, I would of supported Ben in court big time. I have no respect for Isaac, I am here still because there is no available storage anywhere I will forever miss Al and hope to see Ben one day and just tell him how I miss Al and him so much.
