I was staying in Tulare during my job search because it's literally in the middle of the state. This Derrel's location is sort of close to the family home and the management was much nicer than at the other Tulare location on Mooney. The facility is clean and nicely maintained. It's actually spotless. The storage units themselves are clean and in great condition. My current unit even has a light. Most of the rows are spacious enough for 2 cars to get through if people are parked correctly. I love that I rarely see anyone else there when I go. There's plenty of RV and vehicle storage, too. The prices are are affordable and appropriate for the area for such an obnoxious expense. I'll be out of there by March, but I do recommend this Derrel's location. 95/100

In 2009 I rented a storage from this place, we had just moved back from New York, we wer only in…read morethat spot for no more that a day or so.. when the worker called us that some one had broken into our unit an stolen our stuff, when we went to the storage to see what was taken.... there was an old dirty man that the manager was talking to, they looked at me an when they noticed I was staring at them the manager said something to the dirty man an he JUMPED OVER THE BIG BRICK WALL!!! Yes u read that right When I went into the office to confront him I told him will you have cameras here let's look over the video and see what we can find, he never looked at me all he told me was that they weren't working how convenient they weren't working the day before or the day of but when I went back a couple of days later they were working. When the police got there I told them about the old man jumping the brick wall but since there was no video it was my word against his, so I suspect it was an inside job and the big manager guy that was working there had something to do with it I'm sure they broke into my storage unit and took my stuff Don't trust this place

I had called inquiring about purchasing a storage container. All the other places I called said…read morethey were unable to deliver the container and place it in my back yard without a crane. When I called I spoke with Derrick. He answered my questions and reassured me that they would be able to place it where I needed it. He recommended I stop by to pick out a storage container and speak with a driver just to verify. I showed the driver pictures of where I wanted it and he said it was doable without a crane or forklift. I purchased it and they came in the morning as they said they would and were able to place it exactly where I wanted it. They have great customer service! I highly reccomend them.

I explained to him what our needs were and he was very accommodating with both pricing information and the understanding that we needed a clean storage container. The pricing was super competitive and so we purchased a newly-painted 40' high cube storage container. The delivery of the container went very smoothly and the driver worked very hard to get our container spotted just where we wanted it. He had a little trouble because of a tree that was in his way, but he did a great job and was a really nice guy. I'd highly recommend Green Box Rentals. They were awesome to work with and they delivered a really nice storage container in a timely manner at a great price. A perfect score... what else could you ask for?
