I was staying in Tulare during my job search because it's literally in the middle of the state. This Derrel's location is sort of close to the family home and the management was much nicer than at the other Tulare location on Mooney. The facility is clean and nicely maintained. It's actually spotless. The storage units themselves are clean and in great condition. My current unit even has a light. Most of the rows are spacious enough for 2 cars to get through if people are parked correctly. I love that I rarely see anyone else there when I go. There's plenty of RV and vehicle storage, too. The prices are are affordable and appropriate for the area for such an obnoxious expense. I'll be out of there by March, but I do recommend this Derrel's location. 95/100

Yes u read that right When I went into the office to confront him I told him will you have cameras here let's look over the video and see what we can find, he never looked at me all he told me was that they weren't working how convenient they weren't working the day before or the day of but when I went back a couple of days later they were working. When the police got there I told them about the old man jumping the brick wall but since there was no video it was my word against his, so I suspect it was an inside job and the big manager guy that was working there had something to do with it I'm sure they broke into my storage unit and took my stuff Don't trust this place

At first I felt good about storing my things there and had confidence in the staff running it…read more Then recently they seemed to not know what they were doing. They called me asking me what units I had which to me was a red flag that something was wrong. Don't they have that info. in their computer? They input it when you sign up for a unit and give you the computer generated paperwork for the units. Then my codes would never work because the woman manning the front desk didn't do it correctly. Then the last straw for me was when they called me to tell me they accidentally broke my lock on my unit. I was in Fresno and I didn't know for how long it was broken and open. I did have a missing box but I didn't have insurance, it contained my alarm components for Simplisafe. I took all of my things out (all three units) as I couldn't take a chance they would do something else.
